Sam's Chicken Willesden Green — Restaurant in London

I recently ordered from Smashed by Sam’s through delivery, and I have to say, it was one of the worst smashed burgers I've had in London. The burger was smashed past the point of juiciness, leaving it dry and lacking flavor. To make matters worse, there were some chewy, hard bits in the patty that were quite unpleasant to bite into.

I understand now why their burgers are often buy one, get one free on Uber Eats. it's likely a strategy to attract customers to something that doesn't quite measure up.

On the brighter side, the loaded fries were enjoyable and definitely the highlight of my meal. They were well-seasoned and had a nice crunch, which is why I gave this review two stars instead of one. Service wasn’t the greatest and took a ridiculously long amount of time considering I only got the loaded fries. The price for them was decent and luckily I was able to get the without mayo, since my friends said there was way too much mayo. The chips were seasoned really well and tasted delicious. However the chicken that it was topped with wasn’t too great. The chicken wings that my friend ordered were really tiny and weren’t great for what their price was. My other friend ordered barbecue wings which did not taste good and were definitely not worth their price also considering how small they were. The other items on the menu didn’t seem so bad, regarding their price. I would give this 2.5 stars, but that isn’t an option here on Google reviews. Can’t say I’ll come here...

So we ordered

2 x burger combo box 1 x devils box 1 x maxi burger 2 x chicken pieces

But instead we received

1 x fiery wings 1x chicken wrap 1 x spicy fries

Turns out they messed up the order and gave us somebody else's food who they probably gave our food to. We tried calling the restaurant. The lady couldn't understand a word of Englis . She kept telling us the food was coming despite us waiting almost two hours and kept hanging up every time we called (eleven times in total).
