This place does not deserve any stars. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this place. The food they catered for my event was out of date and smelt very bad, which was not only unacceptable but also a potential health hazard. When I went to politely inform Pradip Maru (the owner) about it, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he flat-out refused to listen or offer any form of compensation. To make matters worse, he spoke in a very rude and dismissive tone, showing no concern for their mistake or my satisfaction as a customer. He then became argumentative and aggressive when I mentioned that several people had personally come to me with questions about the food that was being served at the event as it tasted bad and smelt out of date. On Saturday 13th May we had the most lovely experience with Santok Maa's food and catering. It was my daughter's 13th Birthday and we had a close family lunch. From the first contact with the person in charge and throughout our correspondence, they were helpful, informative and wanted to provide the best possible service. They went above and beyond what we asked. All the food items were delicious and just the right heat as we had grandparents and children to cater for. The colour, texture and authentic delicacies were made to perfection together with mango lassi and passion fruit to balance out all the flavours. The portions were extremely generous.
