Seafood is nothing fresh and small portion, we ordered a seafood platter which costs £80, at this price I would expect at least something fresh but instead, all the seafood was so dry and plain, they gave you lots of potato’s and eggs to fill you up. We went on a Saturday at 6pm which should be the busiest day for all restaurants but there wasnt even 1 table apart from us which is a sign of the quality of food. Service was also poor, we waited like an hour to get our food, the ladies there were either on phone or joked with each other in the kitchen. No plates or cutlery even the food arrived until we asked. We asked 3 times for napkins and eventually I had to go to the counter to get it myself. We chose this restaurant because of the good reviews here but I now believe the reviews were written fake. If you want good seafood, please avoid. You won’t be able to do nice seafood if a restaurant isn’t busy enough to turnaround fresh seafood and also do menu like a cafe. Place is also dirty, and stink in the toilet. Waste of money, very...
Read moreI ordered from here today and was very disappointed, with food, with service & with the pricing ! I ordered the Medium Seafood boil, which was priced at £35.00 on the website, but was £45.00 in the shop, but he insisted that you must pay cash!

The chef who wasn't really dressed appropriately and had a dirty T-shirt on, and also had no shoes and was in and out the shop and kitchen in just his socks.
The one container of food, consisted of two mussels, 4 prawns, and four corn on the cobs which were very thinly sliced and hard, a few potatoes and a small part of a crab.
This was not worth the money, or the effort to drive from Purley to Thornton Heath and felt...

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a seafood boil that was simply out of this world. The selection of seafood was abundant and fresh, with succulent lobster, juicy shrimp, Crabs, Eggs, Potatoes, corns, Plump mussels. The broth was flavorful and perfectly seasoned, complementing the natural flavors of the seafood. The combination of spices and herbs created a symphony of taste that was truly unforgettable. The presentation of the seafood boil was visually appealing, with the seafood piled high and steaming hot. The overall experience was a feast for both the eyes and the palate.
I would highly recommend this Seafood & Tingz to any seafood lover seeking a memorable...
