Serkiz Restaurant — Restaurant in London

I used to be a regular customer when it was run by the older owner of the restaurant but nowadays I get food poisoning or a bad reaction to their food. This was my 'one more chance' purchase and it's happened again. same poor quality of food. I don't know if the actual food is bad or the oil being used isn't clean enough, but I will be avoiding this restaurant from now on.

I basically just purchased the following medium kebab & chips. To my horror I received not only under cooked cuts of donner lamb meat, the cuts of meat where so thick and greasily I couldn't eat it. To make matters worse when I went to write a review on just eat. My review was manipulated stating I gave then a 3 star when in fact I gave them a 1 star and a honest view. This was never recorded on just eats on the restaurants review section therefore its fraud. Not only will I be going to trading standards but I want a full investigation regarding their fake reviews.

We recently visited Serkiz Restaurant in Stamford Hill and had a truly wonderful experience. The food was absolutely excellent fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the customer service by Baris. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
