Decent, wasn't the best as it was undercooked & service was poor. A better alternative for Kunafa I'd recommend Levant Book Cafe in Park Royal. Otherwise if you're not looking for Kunafa, id recommend Heavenly deserts/ Chai & Chapatti which all have very good seating, decent variety of desserts and considerably better service. They don't serve Karak, so went to Chaiwala (just down the road) and returned to have it with kunafa I purchased. After spending £24 on three kunafas, I was told that I couldn't bring an outside drink inside and would have to eat outside instead...? When I pointed out that there were no signs or notices about this policy, the staff apologised and said, "That's just the policy; you'll have to eat outside." To my surprise, the person I was speaking to turned out to be the manager, Hassan. Making the situation even worse, expecting a more customer-friendly approach. Eventually, the manager got creative by pouring my Karak from Chaiwala into one of their cups, stating it was to avoid losing customers. While I appreciated the effort, telling a customer they have to eat outside is beyond me. These silly policies of greed give a really bad impression and will inevitably drive customers away. A few suggestions for improvement: Consider adding Karak Chai to your menu, clearly display your policies regarding outside food or drinks, invest in some customer service training for staff and management alike.

I am writing to formally complain about an extremely unpleasant and disrespectful experience I had at your shop on 02/08/2025. When I entered the shop, I mentioned that I had previously left a review. The staff member at the till began laughing and sarcastically said, “You did a good job,” clearly mocking me. When I asked why he was laughing, he claimed he wasn’t working at the time of the incident. Another staff member then came over and mentioned he had responded to my review. This whole interaction made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Due to the unprofessional behaviour, I decided not to purchase the drink and requested a refund. The manager, however, rudely refused my request. When I asked for an explanation, the staff began speaking in a language I couldn’t understand, and when I asked them to speak in English, they ignored my request. The situation escalated when the manager told me that, since I didn’t want the drink, he would “give it to needy people on the street.” He then told me to get out of the shop and added that I should not return to the shop again. This behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially for a paying customer. I was treated with disregard and disrespect, and I find it alarming that I was told to leave and banned from returning. Look how unhygienic they are this only one many were flying in the shop

Dear all, I visited this buisness and ordered a carrot cake, when I got home I realised it was chocolate cake and not carrot. I contacted the owner on on my next visit where they gave me a free replacment cake. I am taken aback and impressed with the after care customer service that I have given the buisness a 5 star review. The buisnesses fixtures and fittings are excellent and the food options which include fresh juices using fresh fruits is a pleasure to see and taste. I recommend everyone to visit and Wishing the buisness all the best 👍 and to keep maintaining the high standards.

Disappointing Experience - I visited this shop yesterday and was initially impressed by the pleasant ambiance and the helpful colleague who greeted us. They kindly assisted us in finding a table, and we were excited to enjoy some desserts. However, the experience took a turn when another colleague informed us that our table was reserved and asked us to wait until the reserved party arrived.

While we understood the situation, we were disappointed when the same colleague refused to take our order while we waited. I noticed there was available seating in the corner and politely suggested moving there to avoid any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we were told that the space was reserved for a larger group. While I appreciate the need to accommodate bigger parties, it seemed there was ample space to seat us comfortably without disrupting future arrangements.

As someone who works in customer service, I understand how challenging it can be to deliver excellent service at all times. However, this was a missed opportunity to resolve the situation gracefully. A little flexibility and consideration could have turned this into a positive experience.

It’s a shame because the shop has so much potential, but this lack of effort left us feeling overlooked and disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively, as small adjustments in customer service could greatly improve the experience for all guests.

For now, I would recommend visiting with a larger group, as couples or visiting alone may face...

I paid all and the guy who took our ordered he served ice cream and while we were waiting our ordered than suddenly he came and asked us to spend more money if you want to eat in because he was little buys so he does not have right us to ask us to spend more money and he was very rude and told us that if you do not want to spend more money than leave from here and also he was telling me that I have people who spend more money than you so why should i allowed you to seat here and eat in as he already took our ordered and force us to go away because his people is waiting out side so he wants to serve first them rather than us. He told us that our weekend policy is different than weekdays so if anyone going on weekend careful . Shop owner wants you to spend more money as his policy is if you four people than you must order three items but some time you do not required to order three items as it is our choice what we want to order and how much we want to spend money not the owner choice . He must serve the customer and he did not even refund to me what i have ordered as I did two different ordered and he just refund for one ordered and did not refund another order .
