Sizzle N’ Shake Fried Chicken Battersea — Restaurant in London

I wish i didn't have to write this review as i am repeated customer and never had problems before. Food is delicious but on this one occasion i used a pick up service on deliveroo my partner collected, once he was home I discovered an item was missing from my order. I called up the shop and they already knew the item was missing because they had run out. My problem with this is they allowed my partner to leave the shop without telling him. They should of told him and offered a refund or a different item for the same price.

It felt like they was seeing if we noticed it was missing from my order. I was only offered on the phone for a replacement over the next couple of days when they had some more in, no refund or exchange for a different item, considering they let my partner travel all the way back home. Then i has to question him how will he know it’s me? If i didn't question him he would of put the phone down and left it. He said to give him my first name. it didn't make sense the logic as he might not be working in the next of days and he didn't give me his name. I am really disappointed and i miss the old staff as something like this would of never happened . Luckily Deliveroo refunded me but sizzle and shake have caused me a lot of inconvenience for the stunt they pull today. Will be thinking twice before ordering food...

Ordered online - awful experience. Wasn't assigned a driver(even though it was already the time they were originally supposed to deliver my order)I called the place, they told me that they couldn't deliver as they had no drivers so I agreed to collect my order (even though they charge more online! Customer service was extremely bad. Person who was at the counter(a short person) he was so arrogant. I had a very bad experience. Even if i give three or four star for the food, But the way he behaved to me was not at all good. This is the first time here and had a very bad experience from the staff.I would like to bring this to the managers or the business owners attention.I hope no other customer will face this kind of experience.
