Out of duty, I must inform you that if you order from this place, you risk a side of aggressive verbal assault with your meal. Would give zero stars for restaurant service if possible as I was yelled at aggressively by a staff member for failing to pick up my phone.
After a very long day at work, I specifically chose this takeaway as it takes me 40 minutes to drive home at that time of night, and the estimated time indicated that the order would arrive in 50.
Despite this estimate, my order arrived in 25, making this restaurant’s time estimates unreliable. As I was navigating difficult traffic on my drive home, I could not pick up the phone to answer calls from my delivery driver. I arrived home 10 minutes before my delivery was due.
Upon realizing that my order had come and gone, I called the outlet to apologise and re-arrange delivery.
Upon explaining my situation, a staff member shouted repeatedly “WHY DIDN’T YOU PICKKUP THE PHONE? THE DRIVER WAITED FOR 15 MINUTES!”.
While I understand that not being able to be with your phone makes deliveries difficult to coordinate, the shouting did not have to occur repeatedly or quite as aggressively.
Following this, I had to ask the staff member multiple times to stop shouting so we could find a resolution. These attempts were ignored. When I pointed out that it was very rude to be yelling aggressively, I got back; “DID YOU NOT THINK IT WAS RUDE TO NOT PICK UP YOUR PHONE?”. This was also yelled at me multiple times.
Regretfully, I began to lose my cool after several instances of this yelling.
Naturally, the staff member who displayed this inexcusable rudeness declined to give their name so I apologise for not being able to provide more detail in that regard.
This is by far the worst customer service I have encountered from any shop, dealer, trader, eatery, franchise, or establishment. The food was average and not good enough to justify such behaviour, although I am not sure food of any quality would.

Read moreI did order x2 fish roll club, and when my guest opened the box the smell was awful and so fishy and horrible and I was so embarrassed front of my guest. I threw away the open box and kept one and did contact Uber eat and they said if the smell is off it’s the store responsibility and I then contacted the store and spoke with their store manager and he was so rude and disrespectful and told me I don’t care if you or your friend didn’t like the smell and I will not refund you. The customer service was disgusting. Even though I have kept the box he is not willing to take it back and refund me.
He did not even care that I was a first time customer to buy my trust.
Honestly I’m sure if we ate this food we would have been in hospital.
