Cheatmeals Battersea — Restaurant in London

hi, just picked up an order from your clapham location which obviously is a ghost kitchen (not a problem) in terms of hygiene and what I saw as I waited for my order, the 3 staff there looked quite scruffy, one of them wasn't wearing a hat and making food bare handed with jewellery and rings on, after a while he proceeded to grab his hat from the table, sleek his hair back with his hands and place the hat back on his head, no hand washing observed before he went back to food preparation. the other touched his eyes and nose several times and scratched his face also preparing my food and making fries. the kitchen helper seems to pick up and flatten cardboard boxes which were on the floor and proceeded to stack them on the stainless steel bin next to the fryer where the cooked fries were waiting to be packaged... overall very very poor. food quality was fine except for the pre made milk shake which was nothing I would call a milk shake just a fridge cold custard milky drink but definitely not a thick blended milk shake... wouldn't go...

I am absolutely outraged. I placed an order at 22:13 through uber eats. I had not received this order despite the app saying that I had. Naturally I called cheat meals to understand what was happening. The manager on the phone was extremely disrespectful, impatient and unsympathetic. This is my first ever time leaving a bad review anywhere, but our conversation left me feeling very frustrated. He refused to let me finish my sentences and kept cutting me off and then also proceeded to end the call on me. I have never experienced such rudeness. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! PLEASE stop ordering from this place. they routinely send you incomplete orders then blame the drivers, and the drivers blame the restaurant and now you are left with no food. When you call to enquire about missing items you they get angry. The owner offered to fight me because he said I was talking too much about the missing order and it doesn’t cost much and I should stop complaining.
