Soni Pizza — Restaurant in London

WORSE PLACE EVER... This place tricks you... If you buy from them you gonna regret, they sell you a medium pizza but what comes is a small pizza, but then you call them and they say to you it is the right size to their medium pizzas... So if you bought a medium pizza before in your life, you know they are tricking you.... So if you can avoid SONI PIZZA... The good reviews they have it's probably they obligating their own staffs to do it, is no way in this all world someone would give 2 stars on the review and the only reason I'm giving 1 stars on my feedback is because Google don't allow me to give 0... BAD SERVICE, RUDE PEOPLE, LIARS, SLY, ETC... BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD,...

Good pizza, terrible customer service.

Have been ordering from Soni Pizza for nearly two years and unfortunately have to leave that 1* review today. The other day they’ve mixed my just eat order and delivered 12’ instead of 15’. After a quick call and some negotiations I was offered 50% off my next order with them which I found reasonable and accepted.

Unfortunately when I tried to use said discount next time I was told that they know nothing about it and the guy who promised it was not working on that day and such a discount is not possible.

Quite frankly I feel lied to and after spending £100s with them I’d expect better...

I've ordered from here a few times, but I won't be ordering again. They use their own personal delivery driver instead of proper delivery services like Uber Eats or Just Eat, and the driver makes me and my friends really uncomfortable. It's always the same man, and he's behaved in a creepy and inappropriate way — he even hit on my friend despite her clearly not being interested. It’s unprofessional and unsettling. Really...
