Boots — Local services in London

Tooting Branch terrible service Absolutely shameful, The pharmacist Aibo/hibo, was so careless about customer service, I had appointment for Sunday but the confirmation never came, so I visited the branch on Friday and inquired if I could have a flu jab on the day. I was told that you can come in on Saturday and or Sunday and have the jab. I went in today, the pharmacist was busy in the office with a patient, I waited until the patient came out but the pharmacist stayed in with door shut. I waited for few minutes then knocked at the door, as they had not checked me in. A few moments later the pharmacist walked out of the door and asked me to wait, she looked unhappy. Eventually when she called me, I informed her about the flu jab and the appointment which hasn't gone through and the staff told me to come in on Saturday or Sunday. Being already upset, she straight away turned me away saying that it's not a walking clinic, you come back when you book the appointment. We only have jabs for the people who have an appointment. The arrogance was quite evident so I asked her to call the manager, I would like to make a complaint. The shift manager was standing serving another patient and I was directed to her which she acknowledged and while she was coming out to speak to me the pharmacist, who was dealing other customers, left the customers aside and went on to speak to the manager about me. Though the manager heard my complaint and apologized and requested me to book the appointment again and come back. The pharmacist didn't even bother to look they might be a flu jab...

Awful store, will never go in again. Numerous, various products strewn on the floor as I made my way to the back to use the Photo service, 4 of which I almost tripped over. I understand staff do not have control over some customers dropping things and leaving them on the floor, but there were far too many for this to have just happened and staff not noticed. They have obviously not bothered to tidy up. Looked dirty and messy. After using the Boots Photo service I went to the front to enquire about the print booklets which are normally provided, to make them aware someone had left a parcel at the back of a store, in case the customer came back looking for it and to let them know whilst using the equipment the receipt roll had fallen out of its cover. As I was explaining this to a member of staff she just turns her back and starts walking away from me and ignores me, even though she had acknowledged me and spoken to me. I asked why was she walking away when I was only trying to be helpful and she responded very argumentatively. Disgusting store and disgusting customer service with disgusting attitude. Please go to another branch. As a point to the Boots brand, never had a bad experience in another store and have spent thousands with this company, normally very happy with products and service.... just a shame one has...

I have no words for the experience visiting this store today but still got to write this paragraph. I'm from Manchester and getting ready for my holiday i needed to get a few essentials so I popped in this branch as I was in the area. As soon as I entered the store, all I could hear being shouted over the store microphone is "there is cctv and you're being watched for the person at the back" and the oral products such as toothpaste is located at the back where i was looking at products to purchase. I assume that was aimed at me because I'm a person of colour wearing normal clothes, a baseball hat holding a shopping bag and straight after that announcement there was two store assistant circling me asking me if I'm okay. I got to say I never felt so embarrassed in my life as everyone was looking at me and I just left because I didn't feel happy to spend my money in a place like that if that's how you just assume someone is going to steal because of the way they look. I've worked in retail for 11 years and you can not justify this behaviour in any way as it's basically discrimination at this point and you can not say your head office allows this.
