Terriible experience. Our original server was excellent, but was then replaced by another server who hadn’t a clue ,we had already had our starters and were waiting for our main. One was delivered and as normal we waited for the other one to be brought out. After around 10 minutes when they delivered starters to another table of two it became clear that table had already been served our main, the same server apparently unable to tell the difference between a main of soft shell crab and a starter of calimari. The error was only found when the other tables starters arrived - calamari. We asked at that point if that had been our main course wrongly delivered which was of course the case and given we had waited so long we therefore cancelled it and shared the course which had already been delivered and was now at best luke warm. No genuine apology, our only recourse was to withhold the service which we did but the bill was still over £70 for 2 so a premium price for an awful experience and ultimately we won’t be back. There are plenty of Thai restaurants around, this used to be a favourite but unfortunately not worth the premium compared to pub Thais. My advice try...

My husband ordered dim sum (listed as chicken) yesterday is detailed on the Uber Eats menu. My husband also believes he made a note of my allergy on the order (we still received prawn crackers?!) I ate 2 of the dimsum and the third had something inside that appeared to be prawn meat. Upon further inspection it was. Checking your restaurant menu online, dimsum is pork and prawn NOT chicken like listed on Uber Eats. How can such an error be allowed to exist?! If I hadn't realised I wouldn't have taken any anti allergy medicine and may have gone to sleep and not woken up. Please ensure your menus (on every platform) are correct. It will save lives. Read moreI had a really disappointing experience at your restaurant recently. While I was dining, I saw a delivery person come inside to pick up an order, and what followed was quite shocking. One of your staff members very aggressively told him to “wait there” and asked him to go outside. Then another waiter gestured at him with a finger, as if dismissing him. This kind of behavior is extremely disrespectful and completely unacceptable — especially in a place that carries such a good reputation.
If your restaurant policy doesn’t allow delivery personnel inside, then please arrange a separate pick-up area for them. But treating people like this, in front of customers, reflects very poorly on your staff and the overall atmosphere.
