Spicey’Z — Restaurant in London

I’ve been a regular customer at Spiceyz (Trevor Estate) for quite some time now, and overall, I’ve had a good experience. The burgers are definitely a highlight always tasty, fresh, and well prepared. The staff are friendly, polite, and make you feel welcome, which I really appreciate. Great customer service like that goes a long way and is one of the reasons I keep coming back.

However, I would like to mention a couple of things that could be improved. The chicken and hot wings have visible hairs on them, which is quite off-putting. Because of this, I usually avoid ordering them. I really hope the management takes note and ensures the chicken pieces and wings are properly cleaned and checked before being served.

Another thing is the use of ketchup on the Doner kebabs. Sometimes there's just too much ketchup added, which makes it hard to enjoy the actual flavour of the Doner. It would be better if the staff could ask customers first if they want ketchup or how much they’d prefer.

I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that these small issues can be improved. I still enjoy the food overall, and I think with a bit more attention to these details, Spiceyz can continue being one of the best local spots in the area.

Friends been warning not to go this place as who made them food were dropping his nose on the food and he didn’t understand why it’s must to be changed . They made mistakes so many times with me too and when I got enough I made a complaint where I got excuses back instead being happy someone helps them to improve the business and give them opportunity to improve and I told them my opinion of the reason also I said sorry for telling the truth How ever so silly and stupid nature who doesn’t know the well behaved or just a bit less primitive behaviour Just the same nature got involved who was eating there clearly she didn’t understand she has no right get involved in the conversation as she is not the stuff and I wasn’t talking to her. Horrible Experience!

I am absolutely disgusted and deeply upset by the burger I purchased from this takeaway. Not only was it unappetizing and poorly put together, but it also caused my 7-year-old son severe food poisoning. We had no issues when we first ordered, but within hours of eating, my son was vomiting.

The quality was terrible, and there was no way of knowing how long that meat had been sitting around. It’s beyond frustrating when something as simple as a cheeseburger ends up putting your child through that kind of distress. This is completely unacceptable, and I will never be ordering from here again. If you care about your health or your children’s safety, I would advise you to stay far away...
