My wife and I have never been to this bar before but wow it will henceforth be our first choice venue for cocktails in the West End. Its a hotel bar with a very special vibe. Very chilled, relaxing and luxurious with the best bar staff I have ever come across. Christian is the kind of host and mixologist you only imagine might exist. His professional, engaging and friendly nature is truly a thing to behold. And the same goes for the team working with him. The cocktails are sublime and are created and served with care and attention. The complimentary snacks are delicious and generous too by the way. You get a real feeling of connection with the staff, the venue and the drinks and food.... all part of the high level experience that The Stables bar offers. You simply have to come and soak up the experience. Opulent, dignified and traditional values meets contemporary, engaging and sumptuous. My sincere thanks to Christian for his kind gesture in making I and my wife's special day even more special with the glass each of pink champagne on the house. This is hands down the best spot in London. The Stables Bar is fantastic—it's both soothing and lively, thanks to the staff who are exceptionally polite and engage in delightful conversations that make you feel right at home. The hotel and bar itself is stunning, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that surpasses even the likes of Claridges and the Connaught, especially in terms of service.

The entire hotel staff are incredibly friendly, and the doorman is simply the most helpful and kind person you could meet. When we mentioned that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, they surprised us with a beautiful cake and two glasses of champagne. My wife enjoyed a delicious cocktail, and when she complimented the barman on it, he brought out the vodka bottle used in it and even offered us a complimentary dram to try on its own.

It's rare to find such attentive service these days, so discovering a place that makes customers feel so special is truly remarkable. We ended up spending three hours at the bar and didn't want to leave! We'll definitely be back very soon. I think I've finally found the best...
