Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in London

Very bad customer service. I been on 14 Feb around 17 30 I said "hi I can have oat late 1 shot plz The guy from till ask me what size . I said regular size . (It s mean medium) he start to be rude and say to me for him regular can be large or small , I tried to be nice and I said regular it s mean medium. Because I was working in a lot coffe shops also like manager , he said to me I can leave if I m not happy , When he took the payment he did mistake on my coffee . I think he had that intention I throw my coffe and I didn t go back .because I was busy in that time . I said oat late 1 shot and I got wrong coffe. And he said regular for him it s small or large .... why it s R on cup ? 😂. That guy it s very bad on customer service .. now I can see why...

Usually pretty good service, always come here for my morning coffee. I am a member of the reward program too. Today I was there with 3 of my friends who’s visiting London. But this time when my app didn’t work, this staff, Sarf(from the name badge),was not being helpful, and made sarcastic comments. He was being very rude. There were no one at the queue so I’m sure it’s not because he wants to serve others quicker. Maybe he didn’t want to work on 31 Dec, but it’s not my fault making him work. Woo woo woo🥺 The staff here are super friendly. 8/21 Because I arrived at UK so early(4AM), I was wandering in despair around the city. I decided to stay at Starbucks until my check-in time.

While moving from one table to a corner table with my heavy hiking backpack🎒, the staff helped me by gathering my things onto another table. When I finally settled at the new table and started to take a nap, the staff asked me if I was feeling cold there🥺.

Starbucks left me with a good impression of the whole UK 🇬🇧 Thank you 🙏🏻 I hope someday I’ll visit here again. #Nice staffs...
