Starbucks — Restaurant in London

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS PLACE. They ask names only not to call them when your order is ready. I ordered almond milk drink for my friend who’s lactose intolerant and when my order was ready instead of stating the drink or calling it by the name, they just called it by the drink name which I didn’t know if it was ours, after a while, I had to ask for the drink and they basically told me that they only call drinks and customers have to go read the cups to find out which drink is their, so I asked how I was going to know it was mine if they did not even say the type of milk that was inside… after going back and forth trying to get my point across, I asked for a refund ‘cause I did not want to argue with anyone and it was just impossible. They called the manager who came over and basically told me the same with attitude and said that it was not their job to call the drinks by names when they are busy. I work in customer service and when I see this type of behaviour I just can’t believe it. This place was the worse of all the places I have been to. I just can’t believe the distasteful way not only members but also manager in charge they have of treating...

Just want to say I always come here and the girls here are LOVELY. Not only that but there's this girl who makes the BEST matcha frappes I've ever had. My sister agrees too. Most Starbucks we've been to, they put too much ice and hardly any matcha powder hence no flavour. But this bari in particular, she puts a generous amount of matcha powder and the frappe is a lovely darkish green colour.

The right amount of sugar too, not too sweet or tasteless..Perfect.

She asks if we want a shot of vanilla too to add more to the amazing taste. Just the right amount of ice so there's lots of the creamy drink to drink (not like other Starbucks where they put in so much ice there's no liquid to drink at all).

Best place ever and lovely staff. Always a pleasure to come here, I bring all my friends. Please keep up your amazing standards for your matcha frappes!!
