Great atmosphere, friendly staff, great coffee and all the savoury and sweet goods you’d expect to find at any Starbucks. It’s my coffee shop of choice since I switched to decaf. Conveniently open till 11pm all nights and stays open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday nights*. Busier Friday nights and the weekend, but quieter in the week especially in the afternoon. *Update: with COVID, the cafe opening times have changed again, now it closes at 22:00 (opening 6:30). Drive through is back to 24 hours. Unfortunately I don’t think the cafe will ever return to 24 hour opening. The drive-through can get very busy which can really slowdown service in the cafe. The cafe has comfy seats at one end and chairs and tables at the other, with plenty of power points that additionally have usb sockets. Something to be wary of, I’m regularly having an extra 5p rung up on the till for a takeout cup even though I’ve asked to sit in with a china mug. Don’t know if this is widespread or not. I’ve complained to staff and Starbucks UK, but it’s still happening!

Lovely coffee shop. Used to be 24/7 but now it is no longer 24 hours, what happened? Fantastic customer service from this Asian girl who wears headscarf. Did not catch her name. There is this fat lady who works there and she seems to struggle under pressure. She gets angry very quick. Please leave this job if you can't deal with the pressure. There are other people that can do this job better. Also very bad customer service from this man who talks very loud and repeats your order 100 times and yet gets it wrong. He has some ego issues. The drive thru is very slow. I come here twice a week at night and it takes over 40mins waiting in the queue. By that time I've already got a fine from Euro Car Parks. If you happen to drive in after 11pm, then make sure you leave the car park within 30mins othwerwise Euro Car Park will fine you £100. All fast food here will lose business because of this restriction.

I’ve had to edit this review again as getting my morning coffee and seeing the new parking notices in beckton triangle & Starbucks they have been taken over by Euro car parks that have 3hrs parking between 6am-11pm and only 30 minutes after 11pm. Love that’s it’s 24hrs but staff can be a tad bit slow and get orders wrong how you can get iced mixed with hot mmmm??but as this is one of the only branches that have extra editions available to order it’s a plus. Love the new frappes. I like the seasonal drinks they have like the salted maple latte & the love/hate pumpkin spice latte. I went to Starbucks Saturday night around 11ish after long shift as I work for NHS. I ask the guy who was Serving me at drive-through for my blue light discount as I am quite regular and most of the staff know me there and many times they have seen my ID by luck I forgot my blue light card at work .This person I have never seen there before his name was Mighal maybe with some other spelling but he was super rude and mannerless person he started arguing with me. I don’t mind if they don’t give me discount, but I don’t like if somebody will misbehave and talk like illiterate. I am giving 1 Star because of that guy. Because he ruined all my experience of that night if he couldn’t give me the discount I don’t mind but the way he was talking to me that was a fail of customer servicing and I will advise Starbucks team don’t keep staff like him in your team as people like him will spoil all your business...
