WARNING Poor service Poor coffee had to ask twice to make it correctly. Disgusting table, messy and had stain on it as you can see from pictures. I was ordering my coffee with a young friendly girl. My gift card didnât work and I asked a question thatâs strange as I had ÂŁ4 remaining. And then I asked what the reason itâs not going through the system. The friendly young girl turned into a teenager monster and started to huff and puff. Just at that very moment European manager came out in a super sonic speed, which made me feel threaten. The manager asked the young girl whatâs wrong she replied itâs nothing, the manager looked at me with eagle eyes like she was ready to fight me. In a very heavy tone she told me to move over so she can serve other customers although I was not in her way at all. This made me laugh as it reinforced my point that she was ready to pick a fight with me. Message to area manager please teach these staff manners or how to deal with any situation. This situation wasnât heated but they treated it in that manner. Awful awful service.    Read moreMy brother and I walked up to the drive thru microphone on Monday at around 8:40pm as the main entrance was closed, we said 'hello' and was prepared to ask if we could still order without being in a car, but instead got completely ignored while two girls had a full conversation through the speaker. My brother and I were stood there a while speaking to each other and periodically testing whether the girls would respond to us but it wasn't until my brother started recording us being ignored that one girl stopped mid conversation to say she didn't appreciate being recorded? We stood there staring at this speaker completely baffled while this girl proceeded to complain at us like we hadn't just stood there trying to get their attention for the last 5/10 minutes until we decided to walk away and go to Starbucks instead.
Clearly we interrupted their chat because that one girl was incredibly rude and clearly forgot she was there to do a job...bizarre. We had to step out of the way to let 2 separate cars through too, both of which got welcomed with a "what can I get you?" so I'm not sure what the issue was but all we wanted was the black forest hot chocolates we'd been...
   Read moreFirst of all, I love Costa. Me and my family go there many times and the service is excellent. We usually go to a different branch , because we live quite far from that store. Iâve recently started to use an app called : Too Good To Go in order to fight against food waste.. well that was the plan. I went to the till and show my TGTGâs Order ID and asked where is my Magic Bag. One of the person on the till just looked at me and said we donât have any and turned away. Wow. Customer service spot on. After some time a manager or might be a supervisor ( did not introduce herself ) come to me and said she will look into the problem. 15-20 minutes later!!!, she came back and showed me that, they have closed the app for today. Which is great, so how comes I have been able to book an order and also pay for it ? I asked her if I can take a sandwich or something , because I had cycle there almost half an hour.
