Subway — Restaurant in London

I've personally attended this Subway frequently, and think that the staff are extremely friendly. It frequently has menu items in stock and is generally quite fast at serving the queues.

I would have awarded five-stars, but I noticed that they frequently use the same knife to cut vegetarian sandwiches as those with meat. I frequently request them not to cut my food as a result, but it's not something that you would know if you only went once.

They do seem to have a policy in place to prevent this happening, however, in the heat of the moment it can happen.

Their Halal certificate went out of date at one point and was like that for a couple weeks. I'm a vegan so that did not bother me, but I suspect it may have been alarming for those that visited and...

gosh manager was so rude and apparently charge you extra for any “unusual salads” gave my friend two cucumbers and 3 peppers . gave me one onion and i asked for more 3 times and each time she gave me 2-3. she then heated up my cookie for 30 seconds and burnt it . i took it from her and it burnt my hand instantly!! and when i asked for a new one she rudely snatched put her face in it to smell it and said its not burnt and refused to give me a new one?? my friend then called her unhygienic for even touching and putting her face in the cookie and she went on to say how he is unhygenie bc he has facial hair . if i could give her a review...

Subway is subway isn’t it. Mostly the food comes out fine/as expected but I don’t understand why they’re so slow!? When I order on the app to collect, I get there when it tells me to come and despite no customers there it’s not ready. Most times its not even started?! The one time it was actually ready the guy put it back in the microwave with all the salad and sauces already in it. Very bizarre.

Not in a rude way because I’m not white myself so don’t think this is a racist rant lol, but several staff have extremely poor English to the point it’s not easy to communicate what you want to them. Hence the aforementioned...
