Subway — Restaurant in London

Stopped to get a sandwich and was refused access to the toilet to wash my hands by the woman behind the counter, despite one of the men on the Esso counter whom she had suggested I ask telling me it was okay to do so.

After a brief exchange between the staff, in their mother tongue, I was further told by another customer, who seemed to understand their verbal exchange, that they were lying to me when claiming that the toilets were out of order.

When the staff saw I was now recording the exchange one became aggressive as though he wanted to physically confront me but swiftly realised that it wouldn't end well and retreated.

I subsequently left the store without purchasing my order as I'm pretty certain that I might have got some extra toppings I didn't order.

Staff need diversity and customer service training...

I restarted going to this subway after years I remember the old manager seems like new management has taken over whole station is not the friendliest of staff what has annoyed me is I’ve never seen subway ever bee soo tight with salad lettuce etc when u ask them for lettuce they literally give a pinch then u have to ask them again they give u another pinch why are they soo selfish with the lettuce which is very cheap cheap item they have been told this by management I feel be super selfish with lettuce Jesus Christ they never feel the sub to the edge leave it empty while they are busy speaking Hindi etc amongst themselves does not feel like...

No good service at all. The staff is not at all interested in customer service. I wanted to use my subway app reward cash and they(cashier lady) were not letting me to pay the amount from it. How can I not use them, please subway if i cant use them then please don’t give such rewards to pay from that reward money. I wonder how i cant pay from that at this specific store as i have use this cash in other store as much i want…xx

I have spoken to the manager(Masood) as well he said they cant use more than £2 reward cash. How strange is that isn’t it? when all other store i can use how much reward cash i want…xx
