Chicken 2 Go — Restaurant in London

If i could give 0 stars I would. Last night I ordered just eats as my family worked late night and we were hungry. We waited more than an hour, the driver delivered it without taking any code. Some of the food was missing. My family was so hungry and I called them and they said they will send the missing food soon to the delivery guy. We waited more than an hour but the food didn't come and went to sleep. I sent an email to just eats they will refund my money. But the customer service is terrible, the food is expired, in the morning my brother had food posioning. This is one of the worst foods I ever ordered. Ive ordered take aways several times a month for years and they always arrive 5-20mins early. Chicken 2 go Battersea order (10mins away by bike) was no where 1hour after it was supposed to arrive. My status magically changed to delivered with no order or communication. I called restaurant they did not answer, voice mail only. JustEat customer service said they were late and would be here in 5-20mins. A further 45mins later still no order. I request a response by text from restaurant and I receive a text they cancelled my order 1hr55mins after it was supposed to arrive.
