Where do i start...
Ok this isnt a sushi / japanese restaurant. Sushi is an art and japanese food is refined. This was ( and i kid you not ) re packaged frozen food. I had the duck Gyozo which was dry and crispy /brittle on top and soggy and greasy on the bottom, and the meat was a paste ball inside that was separated from the casing. The Prawn Katsu was super dry and 100% from frozen. The way you can tell frozen food is that when you open it the prawn/ chicken will be seperate from the batter and this was. The prawn was flopping around inside the casing. We had salmon sashimi that was full of fat viens (which any self respecting sushi chef) would never ever serve. Sushi chefs train for years and years and have pride in there work.
The crab was smelly and dangerous to eat...and also loose in its casing.
The spring rolls were so perfectly round that they we 100% made by machine and the filling was non existent..
The shop is called sushi world and when i rang up to complain the man answered the Phone by saying " curry world how can i help" they are basically making both styles of food in one kitchen and pretending to be seperate.
I was offered 25% off my next order ... HAHAHAHAHHAA like im ever going to order there again. If it was even barely edible i would have eaten it but this was dangerous so it ALL when in the bin. There goes our £53 Saturday night treat.
Cheese on toast it is then but i know ill be alive tomorrow to tell the story.

Read moreDO NOT ORDER! The most god awful sushi I have ever had and even worst customer service. I ordered through UberEATS almost £40 worth of sushi for me and friends, the order was late 3 hours, every time I called they said It was on the way (lie), it eventually arrived fully damaged and besides the fact that everyone had already left, the food went to the bin.
I then called and asked if something could be done about the situation and they offered me a refund, said I had to wait for 3 working days and someone would be in touch. I called after a week, I got told the same thing, I called the week after, same thing, I lost my patience so I left it for a few weeks. I called back today, over a month after the incident and whoever picks up the phone, as soon as I say I am waiting for my refund say they are a 'cleaner' and the owner is not in, following my hanging up and not answering the phone again.
I have never in my life dealt with such poor customer service from a restaurant, so unless you want this to happen to you too, do not order. I only support restaurants that are actually responsible when taking responsibility for their mistakes.
Ps: I was not the person who suggested a refund to begin with, they were. Which only makes it that much worse that they would lie just to get rid of you after they mess up your...
