VERY RUDE OWNERS AND VERY RUDE STAFF!
I've been ordering from Sushimo for about 6 months now and all of the sudden I go to order and they're refusing my order and saying that the "boss won't accept it". I asked why and was told that I complain about my food too much despite me never having complained about anything I've ordered from them before. I'm really disappointed, having been a customer for so long and suddenly being told that I cannot order from them anymore.
I've never once complained about their food or the delivery, I don't see why all of the sudden I am blocked from ordering so I can only assume it's a mistake. I asked to talk to the Boss and I was told that he wasn't there. Not worth the hassle.
EDIT, RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENT: I have never requested any refund from UberEats, I haven't had any issues. I also have not ordered food at 12am like you suggest, I've always received my full order so I don't know why I'm being told that I'm lying. I can even see on my UberEats account that I've ordered from you 8 times and I've paid full price every time. If you're going to call your customers liars, at least check that you're saying that to the right person. So rude on the phone, I was yelled at because I was trying to explain that you were mistaken. I will NEVER order or eat at your restaurant again, very rude owners and very rude staff.
I have reported this to UberEats. I hope nobody else has to face the rudeness and harassment I've faced just for being a loyal customer. Being called a liar when I have proof that I've done nothing wrong is laughable, lets see what UberEats...

Customer service: Really good. We were greeted by a gentleman and served by a lady who waited patiently for us to order from the diverse menu. There is a lot to choose from.
Food: J4 Ikura Jyu: Extremely overpriced for the item itself (£15.00) . The ikura (approx. 2 tablespoons) and salmon sashimi (8 pieces) were placed on a pile of rice and hence looks nothing like the photo on the menu. The salmon was a bit dry but the ikura-tasted a bit off. That really killed the entire dish.
F6 Spicy Salmon Roll: Was good but this item is like a treadmill in fitness and you can't really go wrong with it. It was overall ok.
Q6 Crunchy roll: This was a huge disappointment. The last one I ate was at Joka Sushi at Seven Sisters for £5 and that was absolutely amazing. The chef really winged this meal. The rice was breaking off, the grains were way too big and also not sticking together. The nori was falling apart and the worst part came because the fried onions were just lazily scattered on top.
19 Wakame salad: Too sweet. But overall texture was very good.
Edemame: watery and was not strained long enough. The quality of Edemame was not good either.
Add-ons: Wasabi paste: had no kick in it.

Read moreIn terms of culinary value, Sushimo is definitely a step up from the pseudo Japanese/Korean Miso outlet and the various 'Oriental-style' buffets that can be found on Wood Green High Road. But these fast food style outlets are popular and customers seem fine with what they are being offered. It will be interesting to see how Sushimo fares against this as a traditional sit down restaurant. I can say there is certainly room for better sushi in the area.
Sushimo brings to Turnpike Lane the ongoing trend of Chinese people starting Japanese restaurants and hoping that the locals can't tell the difference (they can't).
I first went after work during its opening period and found myself the only customer in the restaurant. The kitchen very kindly made me a prawn tempura bento box even though tempura prawns didn't feature in the bento box section of the menu (which resembles an anorexic version of the pictorial Eat Tokyo menu).
When I returned a couple of months later at the same time, I was still the only customer in the restaurant. I asked for the same bento box, but was refused this time, so left as I have become quite bored of sushi. And how can you not have a prawn tempura bento box?
