Kidz Adventure Playzone — Attraction in London

I have just had my son's 5th birthday here and it was horrendous!!! Firstly they didn't know we was booked for a party. Then time for food 1 fish finger 2 chicken dippers and under cooked sausages and a few chips per child. Sausages dripping with oil. I said to a member of staff this doesn't look like enough food to just be ignored. I told them to take sausages back as they was white in colour. This was not a buffet. I asked for management as we was left to it not one member of staff helping out 1 jug of juice for 10 kids. Because I made a complaint about the food the staff was heard slagging me off behind the cafe bit by my brother inlaw who then confronted them. Then cake time the parents at the party CLEANED the party room so we could do the cake. We got the children together so we could do the cake for them to be told to leave the room by a member of staff. No one knew what they was doing nothing was organised. They then start playing the happy birthday music when the kids aren't in the room yet and neither are we with the cake. The whole thing was shocking I would never ever return or recommend to anyone. The staff looked like they didn't want to be there and the manager was argumentative instead of trying to sort the matter. I was offered £11.95 off after all this trouble. Really rude staff. Especially the lady who was the Manager on the day . I went there to check this place as I wanted to hire it for exclusive birthday party but at the entrance I was welcome but the lady who was in charge of this place with : what do you want from me ?! attitude. I've paid £6.50 for one hour of play. On the website and leaflet hand it over to me there is an info that over 4 pays £5.50. Also after I've bought the ticket , I've asked how long my child can play I was told that only one hour because there is a private hire 5pm. On my question why there is no info on the website and why the lady at the reception did not inform me about it before I've bought the tickets instead of sorry for my mistake I've heard a lot of rude excuses . Bad customer service. I could not leave that place even if I wanted because my child would be disappointed but when we were leaving there was another customers not happy with a birthday party arrangements so good we did not book it. Really sorry for the owners because this place has a really big potential. Staff needs to be sent to customer service course or employ people who want suffer from working there. They have to enjoy it as this place is about fun. Avoid this place...

I go here regularly with my 1 and 4 yr old, the ladies who work here are lovely , I don’t understand any of the whinging, They are not employed as child minders, that is supposed to be the parents job! It merely provides the facilities so if you can be arsed to explore with your kiddies they (and possibly you!) will enjoy it!. There are a lot of parents whom use it as a dumping ground so watch out for horrible, hyperactive, unsupervised 12 year olds but they are everywhere. It does get hot as the heating on constantly and the dance music can be equally as disturbing as the sound of the attention seeking screams of 200 delinquents with behavioural difficulties (and that’s just the parents) but it tired the kids out so it does what it says on the tin. It has seen better days but so have may of us, get your socks at the ready and get involved and you can be ready to deter other people’s horrid kids (there are an abundance), the staff are lovely, go when it’s quiet (early in the weekdays) or even better - stop moaning and go somewhere else! more room for...
