T&SHOP — Restaurant in London

This place is pure scam. I bought a pair of shoes for £80. They unglued and fell apart after one use. I took them to the repair shop and they insisted there is nothing that can be done with them. In another repair shop I was told straight away “this material is such bad quality I am unable to do anything here”. £80!!! I didn’t use them straight away after buying them and went back to the shop where the same shop assistant (or owner) who sold them to me and kept telling me how gorgeous they are asked me how the shoes were?! So much nerve. There is some glassware I also bought for £21 and saw on Alibaba for £63p!! It upsets me because I have bought so many thing there and I love supporting small local businesses. But I think it is really unfair to do such things, see absolutely horrible quality products for a premium price like this! My husband calls it the Alibaba shop. I am not going back there. Sorry but people need to know.

Beware of the return policy which doesn't exist - only exchange and only within two weeks. This was not stated anywhere on the receipt or brought up during purchase. I spent over £200 at the shop on my second visit (and quite a bit during the first visit) and when I came back to return an item 3 weeks after it was purchased, I was told what the return policy was with no flexibility (for a second hand jacket mind you). This review only relates to online purchase Purchased a pair of Nordic slippers online from T&SHOP which unfortunately did not fit the recipient. Was asked to post back to receive a refund.
