Waited 30 mins just to get my foot through the door, door man would only allow 2 people in at a time (there where over 20 people behind me cant tell you how many people were waiting inside) finally got to the till, there are only 2 tills!!! once at the till the members of staff were taking ages to take orders by literally going through every item on the menu to persuade customers to buy more food, "if you pay 70p more you can get this or that..) though I just kept repeating exactly what I wanted. Only 3 staff preparing the food, my receipt number was 441 and the current number was 401 !!!! waited another 45 mins to finally receive my order. Was it worth the wait? NO, no food is worth that wait, but I didn't want to disappoint the kids. Come on Taco Bell you're meant to be a fast food chain. The member of staff at the door had his back to the customers queuing up like a bouncer!! no apologies, no communications to inform us about the waiting time. Many customers were giving up and going elsewhere. After all that, the kids give their meal 1...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing and unhygienic experience at the Taco Bell in Colindale. I ordered a 7-layer veggie burrito for my daughter, and not only was the service rude and unprofessional (specifically from a female staff member named Ms.Khush), but the food was also contaminated. Upon opening and eating the burrito, we discovered a strand of hair embedded inside the filling.
This is absolutely unacceptable from a food hygiene standpoint. It raises serious concerns about cleanliness in the kitchen and the handling of food. Coupled with the poor attitude of the staff member who prepared the meal, this experience was both frustrating and concerning — especially since the food was meant for a child.
I have attached photos as evidence and I will be sharing this experience on relevant platforms to ensure this issue is addressed seriously. I expect an immediate investigation and a response from management, along with a sincere apology and corrective measures to prevent this from...
Read moreIt's kinda gutting to give this bell such a low review, big fan in the states and have been Essex and Hammersmith (pretty decent). Fast food? Came here on a Saturday night, told we'd have to wait 45-60 mins for an order of any tacos. It didn't look that busy, and even if it was they either need more people on, or better trainned or prepared staff. Didn't want to wait that long despite driving 25 mins to get tacos. The area is an absolute dump and good luck parking! If you are fortunate/unfortunate enough to find a place to park, the locals seem pretty stabby and you risk getting run over by the sheer number of boy racers, flash gangster's germanic cars bought by daddy and uber drivers constantly speeding outside.
Perhaps these are contributing factors in this stores low reviews in comparison to other taco bells in London.
Edit just read the review down below, Exactly the same?! Looks like I'm going Mc...
