Tennessee Fried Chicken — Restaurant in London

It badly hurts to edit a 5 star review and make it a single star while being one of the regular customers here. Today is a totally unhappy experience. The staff were nice and friendly as always, no doubt about it but the quality of the food is way way way bad and utterly disappointing.

1. Asked for spicy but got served blandest
2. Stale chicked which is least expected from this outlet.
3. Worst quality chicked I had to mention

I later undersood that it us a leftover from previous day as they sinply heated a cover and gave me pretending that they had packed it assuming I xame for a take away. Following such practices with regular customers is the most uneasy and disrespectful thing you as a restaurant can do.

I didn't want to start a discussion there as not to affect their business before other customers so kept quiet and sharing the response...

Taste & quality of food is good.

They open early (it says 9 on google however i reckon they actually open around 10ish), in comparison to other Fast Food outlets in the area which usually open at 12

There is this Indo-Pak guy on the counter, he is really very good at his job, fast & friendly. Always suggests the deal that would benefit the customer. He's there since 10 years atleast i think.....

& there is a massive TV screen inside. mostly...

Very inconsistent.

Sometimes the wings have extreme amounts of salt and are not crispy or spicy. The pizza is nice but can take up to 12 minutes to make. The chicken strips are so dry, I nearly choked on a chicken strip as it was that dry

They take card payments with no minimum spending required !!! This is great, the other stores in the area do not take any card payments.
