TGF Pizza — Restaurant in London

Ordered from their website which is very poorly made and glitched when the order was placed, wrongly creating an order for pizzas with all the toppings removed. You might imagine a pizza place might question an order where someone has removed all the toppings, but no they made it and sent it over. When I called the place the guy on the phone had no interest in resolving an issue caused by their website. He had been paid so didn't care and was incredibly rude. He falsely claimed he called me but I didn't answer my phone which went to voicemail. This was a lie as I had no missed calls, and I also have voicemail deactivated, so clearly they didn't call or called the wrong number. When I asked him why would I order a pizza and remove all the toppings, instead of offering any helpful sort of response, he kept repeating "you tell me". On top of all of these, somehow it took an hour to cook plain pizza and when the order arrived the pizzas were burnt from being overcooked, but soggy from being left too long before being delivered. Due to the error being with their website, the guy on the phone being a rude prick and having zero interest in resolving the issue I initiated a chargeback via my bank and left a complaint with the parent company Takeaway2Go. I've been here a few times, and what lets this place down is the layout, which has a split level lower rear floor kitchen area, and a main reception area which seems unattended to whilst multiple staff are engaged with the preperation and cooking of food. The pizza's have been reasonably prepared and cooked, but I get the feeling the food is not necessarily as hygenic as it should be. The glass on the main entrance door has been cracked and not replaced for some time which leads me to believe that low life may frequent this shop from time to time. I would have gone minus 1 star if I could... What we experienced today with tgf it was ridiculous and humiliating! The driver called us when he arrived (to a wrong address) and he didn’t care weather the pizza is gonna be cold or fight with the foxes before they gonna eat them,he said on the phone “I’ll leave it here come here and pick it up” and then he hung up and disappeared...
