My fiance and I held our engagement drinks at The Belmont and it was the perfect venue for a private party! We were able to hire the whole venue with exclusive access for a very reasonable price. Management was very accommodating, easy going and helpful. Drink prices are more than reasonable with great offers. They’re open til late and provide security on the door within hire charge. Can provide a DJ or can bring your own. They were aall so able to organise welcome drinks for our guests! Absolute stain on hospitality. Lived in the area for a couple of years and thought we'd call in. Walked in and looked upon as if we were 8 legged aliens, not the fault of the bar team, what was is the incredible lack of customer service, My partner stood waiting for 5 minutes while the team member concentrated on the 6 locals thay they get every evening proppingup the business. Well , as a foreigner living nearby I was quite pleased and happy to join friends at the tables outside Angies for the first time and have a few drinks. Was very welcomed by Rebecca ( such a lovely lady ) and since then whenever I have a chance to pop in I sure do , always nice to sit down have a few drinks and enjoy a nice conversation and chill.
