Most of the food we had was decent, but there was a mixup on my order and they handled it poorly. When I ordered, I asked for crispy chicken strips but was pointing to it under the wrap section which is where the mishap took place - I didn't see it was a section for wraps. The server appeared to understand as he repeated my order back to me for "crispy chicken strips", not a wrap. This item is also under the starter section as well, but I pointed to the wrap section one because it said it came with fries, initially thinking that it was a chicken strips meal. When they brought my food out, it came as a wrap which I didn't want. We told our server and he said, "This is what you ordered." I repeated what I actually ordered to him, and he said no, this is what you ordered and there's nothing they can do. He went to get his supervisor and she came over to see what the issue was. I repeated it to her and she also said, this is what you ordered, there's nothing I can do. She claimed the server told her that he informed me it was a wrap, which is a lie. She refused to take it back and said again there's nothing she can do. I opened the chicken wrap and ate what I could from it, but it had this sickeningly sweet onion sauce on it (I was looking for something more bland before my long flight). So just a word of caution, if you eat here and there are any mixups or they mess up your order, they will not fix it and you're stuck with whatever...

Stopped for lunch before our flight, we ordered our food and drinks. We got our food before our drinks. The Sunday Dinner Wrap was awful. I am not upset about the food not being of subpar but I am upset the drink I ordered tasted of very low standards. Clive, the manager came over and explained that it was my problem I didn’t like the drink and that there was really nothing he do could do to help me. He was very rude and I even started to cry but he said again this was not his problem. The waitress even apologized to me on several occasions for his behavior and temperament towards me. She said that none of the staff like him and that she was very sorry that I had to deal with him. I was not refunded or offered a different drink because as Clive stated over and over this was my problem and not his. The waitress stated that if another manager came in she would see if a different manager could sort it for me. I will not be returning on any of my returning flights and will make sure to let Instagram and tik tok know that this is not a place of an excellent dining experience. Regardless of this being an airport I am still a paying customer for a $12 Caribbean Islands Ferry Drink. Not every bartender is skilled enough to pay a proper drink coming from someone who was a bartender and server for over 5 years. Clive you should be ashamed to call yourself a manager and behave the way...

We had a very mixed experience at this bar in Heathrow. It started off great - the Eggs Benedict on crumpet loaf was faultless, and both the front-of-house staff and our server were excellent. Friendly service and well-prepared food set a great tone.

Unfortunately, things took a bad turn when my Full English breakfast arrived with a completely raw egg in the inside —something I still can’t understand how it made it out of the kitchen. When we raised this, we were met not with an apology but with an incredibly rude manager who made the situation unnecessarily awkward. Instead of handling the issue professionally, I found myself having to argue over something as basic as an undercooked egg, which was disappointing.

To make matters worse, after paying via the app, another staff member (clearly prompted by the manager) called us out as if we hadn’t paid, causing a public and uncomfortable scene. If you offer app payments, surely the team should be able to track them properly? It made us feel completely embarrassed as we left, which soured the entire experience.

A real shame, because some of the staff here are clearly great, and the food (aside from the raw egg) showed potential. But the manager's attitude was unacceptable, and the way we were treated left us feeling let down and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t return unless the management...

My partner was being served at the bar, and asked for a cocktail menu, the guy said he didn’t have one and asked my partner to go and collect one from front desk, which she did. When she returned she was asked to queue again by one of the other staff ( a young lady) and my partner explained that she had already been served. She said ok and continue to serve the customer she was looking after. Then another woman (in her 50’s) again asked her to queue, even though she tried to explain that she was already being served when she went to get the menu! When my partner said that she would then rather go elsewhere this woman mumbled something dismissive and probably offensive. What kind of retarded customer service is this? Firstly no menu, then you ask the customer to go and get it then even worse you ask them to go back to the end of the line again?!!? Some sort of petty power trip? In fact I don’t think stupidity is enough to explain this complete lack of courtesy, service and professionalism. This appeared deliberate so is probably race related we would imagine from the attitude of this woman. Honestly, in this diverse global city - people like her should not be given a customer facing role if the proprietors value their reputation.

I rarely leave reviews, but our experience here was so frustrating that I feel it needs to be shared — especially given that this is an airport restaurant, where efficiency and service should be a priority. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food, despite our seating area being nearly empty. The waitress responsible for our section seemed completely unaware of the situation — no updates, no apologies, and no sense of urgency. Meanwhile, all the other customers had already left, so the delay was baffling. When our food finally arrived, it was incredibly underwhelming. My burger was cold, and my friend’s so-called signature pork belly dish was not only a tiny portion but also came with cold, hard mushrooms — completely unacceptable. The worst part? A woman who sat down 15 minutes after we ordered received her meal right after us, hot and fresh. It honestly felt like we were forgotten in purpose. For a restaurant in an international airport, this level of service and food quality is simply unacceptable. Travelers are often on tight schedules and expect quick, decent meals — this experience was neither. I hope other travellers won’t get the same experience cause that’s a downgrade of every journey.
