I actually have no words it’s a shame that it’s the black owned businesses that are disorganised greedy and have do decorum for their customers. I don’t even know where to begin to be honest, firstly our table booking was for 10pm we arrived and had to wait approximately 30 minutes before being seated at our designated table. Wow we booked a table for 13 ladies and they gave us an incredibly small table requiring us to be squished around like sardines. We asked multiple times for us to be moved and they responded with such a non chalant attitude it’s ridiculous. One of the owners asked my friend ‘why is she standing’ when he clearly knew there were no seats left at our table. They brought some seats eventually but it still wasn’t enough for the amount of ladies we had booked for.Multiple girls had to be standing despite us paying a deposit of £500 for the table and making a booking for 13 people they had no regard for their customers at all. Now we weren’t even the only ones with the same issue there were several tables around us with the same problem who had booked for a certain number of people and the lounge could not accommodate. If you know you can not accommodate then why would you book that many people ?Is that no greediness ?That is greediness from the gutter.
Now let’s come onto food . They required us to make a pre order which we did and sent the menu a couple of days before the booking. So please please tell me why they came to us asking did we make a food order bearing in mind this is 11pm we were already annoyed and hungry. 11.05 , 11.10 , 11.30 came no food. The food came out at 12. Our booking was at 10pm why did our food come out at 12am. Then they dimmed the lights completely and we couldn’t even see the food that we were eating. We had to use our iPhone flash lights to eat our food. It did not make sense whatsoever. Do they think we have night vision. No lamps were even given to help us to assist with our food. It was a nightmare to order drinks I can’t even count on my hand the number of times we ordered shots and it never came. It eventually came at 02:17 which was practically at the end of the night
I am so annoyed because I came here in January when the restaurant just opened and had a fantastic time but it seems as they have gotten popular they have become highly greedy which is absolutely disgraceful. You try to support black owned businesses but they don’t even try to help themselves at all. On top of that it was our friends birthday so it was really not pleasant having to deal with all these issues when we were supposed to be celebrating our friend.
Please please do not come here if you want to have a decent conversation with the person next to you because the music and entertainment is so loud. You can’t even hear your own thoughts in this place. They really try to use entertainment and music to drown out poor poor customer service. They even had the audacity to tell us we still needed to meet the minimum spend can you imagineBig LAUGH OUT LOUD. When we weren’t even able to sit comfortable.
HOWEVER THEIR DJ AND ENTERTAINMENT WAS 10/10 I give them that it wasn’t all bad.

Read morePlease avoid this place if you value customer service. This review will not come as a shock to the managers as they had to deal and part refund us for the terrible experience!
I went last week, as a group of 3 girls and experienced many of issues, the first was that the waitress had issues with communication. She told us that food will take an hour due to an issue in the kitchen although we were allocated 2 hours for our table booking.
Internal communication issues:they encouraged us to get shisha in the meantime, to fill the time, the shisha came 5 mins before the food, in total we had 20 mins to eat and smoke shisha before they brought the card machine and told us dogmatically we had to leave the table because other guests were arriving.
The waitress was getting stressed that we had shisha organised although the other staff recommended that we had it.
Food: the lamb chops was ok, I’d say 3/5 but the sauce was nice that came with it was 5/5.
Uncleanness: the hallway leading to the bathroom was dirty. Let’s be honest… although the bathroom was clean on the way up you can tell no one cleans/ they neglect the stairs. It’s so strangely located without proper signs.
Discrepancies on the bill: they joined someone else’s bill that day to say we ordered several apple juices! Please always check your bill…
Lack of professionalism: the waitress was so stressed that she called her manager (a chubby lady) her manager called her manager ( a slim guy) to come over to deal with the issue. It was embarrassing that it had to escalate for them to realise that it was unacceptable that we received poor service.
They spoke to saxophone guy so badly because he wanted to ensure everyone had a fair chance to take videos/ photos with him.
Atmosphere: let’s be honest the place is for influencer type of escort behaviour. If you value class and want something more giving you will not go there. It ranks very close to the likes of Hyatt and if they’re not careful it will soon be on parr with it.
Business model: the place is small so they are more concerned with turning tables rather than hosting you which undermines the idea of eating out comfortably. Long term this isn’t sustainable and the hype of a ‘new venue’ will die and cannot compete with the current market of shisha dining spots.
Parking: is a nightmare so get there with enough time.
Just to say, we were issued with a refund on food but not drinks which was understandable. I will not be returning there even if...
Read moreI’m not gonna lie, I never do reviews but it was poor customer service that I was experiencing, not from the waiters, the waiters was so nice. But the man at the front desk that has to seat you and whatnot. Unfortunately, due to traffic me and my friend came 45 minutes late, and we attempted to call 5 times and so on but there was no answer or call back?? When we finally arrived at the restaurant, the person that in encountered at the front desk was providing me rudeness and sarcasm which was quite strange?? I told him how we tried to call several times to let you know that we will be late but there was no response. He answers back sarcastically saying “that’s craaazyyy”, which kind of implies that he saw our calls and decided to not answer, also the restaurant wasn’t busy at all at this time.
When he sat us down, it was an awkward seating especially cos we came shisha, it was a very small table in the middle of the store, I called the man over and ask to be seated elsewhere as there were so many 2 tabled seats, however he said no because those seats are reserved for people that are coming soon, however I never asked for these awkward seats to be assigned to me??? If the other tables are 2 seaters then why can’t they simply be switched??? On top of that, by the time we sat down he basically said we only have an hour in this restaurant because someone reserved these seats in a hours time??? Who the hell came to a restaurant to stay for an hour when their purpose is to have food and shisha?? Because of this, we had to ditch buying shisha and just bought food, we kept called the nice waiters over and they said that the man has to take our order, this man was too busy conversating with random customers when he knows he put us in a 1 hour timeline but yet he’s out here taking his time chatting to other people?? We called the waiter over 3 times because it was starting to get frustrating.
To top all of this off, it was my friends birthday and this restaurant was such bad vibes solely because of the man at the front desk. I don’t know what his issue was but he was not considerate whatsoever, he gave us a timeline on how long to be here for which was only an hour even though he could’ve said this all on the phone to save me and my friend a long trip, and he provided weak customer service completely.
Never coming back here again, it’s clear that the man prioritises a...
