At least 10 people - in the small basement venue - were denied access to the outside area. Security staff blocked the fire exit and insisted it was there right to do so, despite the fact that a minimum of 10 individuals were pressing up against the door asking to access the outside area. When we were finally allowed access (after at least 10 minutes), the outside security staff were incredibly abrasive, to the extent that our group decided to leave the bar. A security guard named Jay then followed us 100m down the road, and we persistently requested that he return to the venue where he is employed. He did not provide any reason for doing so and ignored our requests to stop following us. His actions were wildly inappropriate and unprofessional, and made the members of our group (majority young females) feel uncomfortable. I have filed a formal complaint to the security standards body - I hope measures will be taken to ensure such an issue does not...

DO NOT GO HERE. My friend was attacked by a group of men leaving the club and the staff did nothing to help us before or after the attack. He was literally dragged out a moving Uber and the staff at the club blamed us, had an empty first aid kit and no one was first aid trained.

The staff are also very dodgy, they took photos of our ID’s on their phones when we entered the club and from looking at the other reviews they are dangerous.

The whole time the attack was happening the bouncers were more concerned with us being quiet rather than our safety as we was threatened by a group of 5 men outside the club.

I emailed the manager Eddie about my safety concerns and had no response on this. So everyone please avoid this club at all costs. It’s not very safe at all, also It’s full of creepy men, LADIES DO NOT GO HERE

There is nothing good about this place. The security are very rude. As soon as I came despite the event organiser buying my tickets the security made me pull out my bank card to prove I am who I am despite me looking exactly the same as my picture, they also don’t let you talk outside in the smoking area they sent me back into the the club for talking too many times as if I’m a child.The place is too tiny for that many people, it stinks very bad, the smoking area outside isn’t big enough for the amount of people inside the place so you have to wait inside in the huge crowd where you can barely move for ages, the cloak rooms in a small hallway upstairs by the staircase so you have to queue on the stairs for your things back and good luck getting your things back in that place you’re gonna be waiting for...
