unwashed bedding and towels torn curtain a layer of dust on the windows, an unwashed, dried green stain on the threshold of the room dirty walls in the room toilet not washed very little choice for breakfast, cold fried eggs (as if you couldn't mount a small heater under the dish) in the room noisy late in the evening. As a result of a mistake, someone else was accommodated in the room assigned to us in the system (I saw it on the monitor at the reception). When assigning us another room, we heard that all rooms look the same and there are no major differences between them. That was the first time we were lied to, because the room differed significantly from the photos of the rooms that appear on the booking. In addition, in the morning, when the cleaning lady was cleaning the room assigned to us in the system, I saw that it was much nicer and bigger. When we talked about it with the manager the next day, he of course apologized to us and advised us that after submitting a complaint through booking, he would be able to give us back some of the money. Room was quiet, clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom sink was tiny. the room was lit by one ceiling light and had sash windows (which thankfully didn't rattle) and an original fireplace. It was warm. No hairdryer in the room but thankfully I had one with me.||The next morning it was -2C outside and the breakfast room was rather cold . The staff informed me that the manager comes in later and turns the heating on. We did not linger...
