Today I went to Ealing Broadway Superdrug Beauty Studio for the face super bundle again, which mainly covers eyebrow shaping and upper lip threading. This is also the main reason why I go shopping at Superdrug. Looking at this service from the company side, I like this service because there are no hidden fees and no hard selling of their services. Plus, it's a flexible and relaxing option for me. The staff at this store, Neha is always there for me. She is the brow and lash therapist at that store and I know I can always rely on her great skills. We all know that for women, the shape of their eyebrows is too important to risk. Neha is someone I can always trust and let her work her magic. She is very experienced, always gives good advice and always provides excellent service. She is also a lovely and lovable person. Personally will give 5/5 for her. However, after the store was renovated, the beauty studio was moved to the back of the store, which was nice but was too public and not as separate from other customers as before (they used to have some barriers filled with products and separated most of customers). I felt vulnerable during service today and reflected this to Neha. I was very worried during the whole process and wondering how to keep my stuff safe because now, everyone nearby could grab my stuff and walk away very fast. It would be easily become the target of thieves and robbers as customers are sitting on the chair and couldn't react fast enough to stop the crime happening. If possible, adding some partition will be better for both customers...

A few months ago a kid in a pram took something without the mother knowledge and the manager STOLE her items and refused to give her stuff that she paid for even though she gave back what her son bare in mind looked 2 but she still refused to give it back making the mum look like a criminal making a scene outside the store, the mother was crying and her friend was trying to reason with the manager but she was as nasty as she could be, what the manager did was theft.
And today a lady in the beauty section filling up the MUA section kept giving me dirty looks I was trying to find an eyebrows pencil that I wasn't allergic to and that matched my hair colour. As I was checking in the loreal section the lady walked past me and nudged me. I walked to que up she looked at me then looked at her manager and started having a go what looks like it was about me even if it wasn't it is unprofessional for a shop worker to be behaving like that in front of customers, not all of them are bad as the girl who check my stuff at the counter was lovely but the bad managing and that beauty worker makes a bad reflection overall.    Read moreWent in to Ealing shop today looking for hand sanitiser. Went to the till and my card declined due to the fact I hadnât used it and activated it when I got a replacement. When my card declined I called my sister to come pay for me she was right outside the shopping centre. I took my products and waited at the shop door for her, then KARINE decided to racially profile me. Moved from her station at the till saying I had to give my items back. Bare in mind I hadnât finished collecting items that my sister asked far. She then proceeded to follow me around the shop to see if I was stealing. Why would I steal hand sanitiser. It was only ÂŁ1.79. Even when I was getting help from another colleague KARINE continued to follow me. When my sister arrived she saw KARINE peeping behind the aisle watching me. She followed me to the tills and I asked to be served by a different colleague, I didnt feel comfortable being served by KARINE. She assumed because of my appearance I was going to stealâŚ.. when my sister said she was going to report her to HR she said she didnât care and that she can do what she wants. As a person whoâs worked in customer service. KARINEs behaviour was disgusting. She shouldnât be able to work in customer service.
