Imagine having a bar that you hire out for events but the bar clearly has major issues with noise and people who live upstairs who complain, then this is the place to come to! imagine the manager is a 5ft little man with the attitude of a 10ft ogre who likes to abuse customers and ruin their fun then this is the place to come to! If your venue is not able to have events with reasonable noise don’t hire it out, if you don’t have the interpersonal skills to deal with customers then don’t.
