I'm here today to have a taste of Seven! The first time I came here I was shocked by the exterior of the shop, it's so nice! With the big round floor to ceiling windows, I couldn't believe this was a place for kebabs and Northeastern food if I hadn't looked at the navigation! It's been a long time since I've had a kebab, so I ordered a lot of different kinds and I didn't expect them to be really good! There were several other dishes that I had for the first time in London!

😍 Grilled scallops, super huge one! It was even bigger than the scallops you get in western food where one scallop is a dish! The scallops were full of vermicelli and I loved them!

😍 Grilled beef tongue, thickly sliced but cooked just right! It was funny because it was really huge and I didn't even realize it was beef tongue after a few bites, it just felt like super creamy beef! I was really surprised to find out it was beef tongue at the end!

😍 The Northeast Pulled Pork, a super big one! I was surprised to find out that it was beef tongue!

😍The Eight Precious Smoked Chicken is super tasty and flavorful! You can also have it with a side of chilli dip! I'm so happy to have it in London!

😍 The seafood in the sauce is huge and fresh! If you get the spicy chilli on top, it's still very spicy... 😍 If you have a craving for spice, order this!

😍 The grilled cold noodles, wow I was about to eat a piece and found it full of ingredients and ham sausage! It's so honest!

😍The potted pork, it was delicious! I've heard that the only way to test a Northeastern chef is to ask him to make a pot roast, so I can only say that the chef at Seven Flavours is too good! It's so good! It's exactly what I thought pot roast would be like!

😍 So happy to find drippings at the bottom when it came up! This must have been brewed by the shop themselves, and when I asked, it was, not blended but seriously brewed with herbs themselves! It's super tasty!

The overall meal was really satisfying! I ordered so many different kinds of dishes and they were all delicious! And I can see that the restaurant makes many things themselves instead of buying processed food from outside, so I can tell that they are serious about quality! This kind of restaurant is a real hit! I've heard that they've recently launched a new menu, so I'm already looking forward to it! I'm looking forward to it!...

Hi I just received my order just over an hour ago and can I say that I'm very disappointed in the quality of food I received.

I chose to purchase food from your establishment because you seem to have good reviews and the photos of your food looks amazing, also ordered direct from your website to save you paying commission to Deliveroo because every penny counts and I know it's hard times at the moment.

I ordered three items and the worst of them all was the fried chicken that was a disgrace I'm send you a photo of what I received it was a bag of bones for £9.80 I pretty much got ripped off, the special fried rice I'm afraid I could make one so much better you use the wrong rice it was like a risotto not a fried rice and the squid is a joke.

I can't understand why you have so much good reviews they all can't be lying,

Not sure if it's because it was late but that's no excuse or maybe your chef was having a bad day and did not care about your business because I'm afraid to say that was my first order from you and will definitely be my last.

Let me tell you this I normally purchase my Chinese from Chinatown West end so I definitely know what good quality Chinese is and I'm sorry to say what was served to me tonight doesn't come close.

I hope you do investigate this order and make sure it doesn't happen again because if you continue serving food at this low quality I'm afraid your business won't last.

Seveni Bar & Restaurant is a gem of a find for anyone looking for authentic Northeastern Chinese barbecue in London. Located between Waterloo and Elephant & Castle, this restaurant not only serves mouth-watering skewers, but also traditional dishes from Northeastern and Sichuan cuisine. Our group of friends couldn't resist trying a bit of everything, and we were not disappointed. The standout dishes were the skewers, including the succulent lamb skewers and sweet Taiwanese sausages. But the real surprise was the spicy seafood hot pot, which was fresh, flavorful, and addictive.

For those who love classic Northeastern Chinese dishes, the crispy pork belly was a standout, as was the spicy and sour pork dish known as guobaorou. But the most impressive dish of the night had to be the Maoxuewang, a spicy soup filled with offal, bean curd, and chili peppers. It was a taste explosion that left us all craving more.

We ended the meal with the signature dessert of coconut milk with taro balls and pearls. It was the perfect way to end the night, with its refreshing and creamy texture complementing the spiciness of the earlier dishes.
