Given a three because I haven't tried the food and this is based on the bubble tea only.

Quality: Nice creamy / milk taro bubble tea. It's slightly better than the average bubble tea however it is very simplistic so the review is bases solely on the drink taste & texture. Note, they also serve options for soya base too. £3.99 for standard is not bad considering typical prices easily going to £5+.

Service: being the only customer wasn't exactly greeted so it was unsure whether they wanted to take orders. Note: none of the three staff jumped to take my ordered... Although they were asked several questions, they forgot to ask for the customer's sugar or ice.

Overall, the store is lucky I stumbled upon them before T4 (around the corner). None the less I won't say the experience was a good nor bad one. But I'd guess it won't harm you to buy a drink if you're ordering with them at the same time - unless you prefer your...

Ordered bubble tea and bao buns.

Bubble tea with brown sugar tasted like cold tea, didn't taste like brown sugar at all. Passionfruit bubble tea was alright, not the best and also not the worst.

We ordered bao buns with teriyaki chicken and spicy kitchen. The teriyaki chicken didn't really taste like chicken and had too much sauce. They messed up the spicy kitchen bao bun order and managed to give us katsu chicken instead.

I tried to reach out to the restaurant to inform them about them messing up the order, but couldn't get through over the phone.

They offer 25% discount for students and service workers, however they managed to leave the applicable discount out when we ordered. Had to do a refund and re-do the order again. Just messy in general. Overall service...

Nice flavour takeaway sushi place. There are 4 stools with table space against the wall if you really want to eat in but space is a bit small and not great atmosphere. I ordered a salmon orange box which took 11 minutes as they roll it fresh. Comes with ginger and wasabi. The television screens have moving pictures so aren't very helpful to see the menu.
