Three Hounds Beer Bar & Brewery — Restaurant in London

An amazing community hub with knowledgeable and friendly staff, serving a huge selection of drinks with something for everyone. Choose from beers, ciders, cask ales, spirits, wines, non-alkie options and soft drinks - and pair with some quality bar snacks (Serious Pig, take a bow). Plenty of dog biscuits for furry friends and a notice board stacked with events, including comedy, live music, book clubs, tap takeovers, and more.

It is very much the envy of my 'non-local' friends (I always take them for a visit when they venture to this neck of the woods), but they can console themselves with something from the range of merchandise (and a couple of fridge takeaways) 😉

This is by far the best local I've had. Great and ever-changing choice of beers on draft, on pump and in the fridge, with a few very tasty stalwarts (looking at you, Pendulum). Nice wines, interesting spirits including some damn good Swedish whisky and some squid ink gin that I can't have because I'm vegetarian and I'm pretty sure squid ink is a no no (how do they farm that stuff?!). As for food, they encourage getting yourself a pizza in from a few doors down and are more than happy for you to bring it in. The Three Hounds is a lovely little local bar, and Matt and the team are always incredibly welcoming and friendly. I've been to several of the comedy nights that they run, and they've been exceptional - you get to see several comedians perform at a really reasonable price. Love that they always switch up their menu so I can try something new when I go! The drink selection in the fridges is also extensive; alcohol free beer and always something for those who aren't overly keen on beer (like me!)
