Very disappointed with this place. I waited for over 15mins for a hot pistachio bubble tea, I emphasised 3 times that I wanted it hot, but when it finally came, it was cold. I told the waiter, he was very defensive and told me to stop lying (even the person behind me was shocked at their reaction!). Then he charged me an extra 30p to heat up the drink (btw, their menu doesn’t specify that an extra 30p is payable for hot drinks, making it £5.20 for a regular bubble tea) and when I went to pay by card, he said he would charge me £1 if I paid by card! My partner and I wanted to get bubble tea to take out. The young male staff took our order wrong, charging us for three drinks, and then proceeded to take over 10 minutes to make our order. Another customer had made an order and left with her drink while we were still waiting. It wasn't until the kind female staff member saw that we had been waiting for a long time, chased up her colleague, and discovered that he had taken our order wrong and made it with minimal effort. He didn't even seem bothered to make an effort and was very slow. The lovely female staff member compensated us with a free cake and refunded the one drink that we were overcharged for. It’s a new place and definitely worth checking out as there are not many bubble teas in this area. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.

I waited for the order a bit longer than usually in bubble tea shops but it might be because there was a line after me and they still figure out the organisation of the work flow.

Pistachio bubble tea is something I definitely never had before and it was a great experience to try. They have many more interesting and unique stuff in the menu I’m happy to explore.
