Took my son and grandson here to while away an hour during the summer holidays and stayed the whole afternoon. The boys absolutely loved it. We took buckets and spades because there is a sandpit and slides but the most fun they had was in the water fountains and on the waterfalls. We had a picnic with us (although there are food places nearby,) but they had to be pulled away from the water to eat it and could not wait to go back. It was busy when we first got there but became quieter as the afternoon went on, there are toilet facilities close by which was a plus too. I would suggest you take swimsuits or a complete change of clothes for kids, as well as a towel (they will get extremely wet!) my two had sliders on because there are rocks so it can get slippery. I had flip flops on and even I went for a little paddle. A fantastic and FREE afternoon was had by all, would highly recommend, especially on a...

Lovely little park in the centre of the Elephant Park development, with trees & greenery and also a children's playground. Really pleasant place to walk through and love the way it contrasts so much to the glass and concrete skyscrapers surrounding it. The evening lights add to the atmosphere, as do all the people enjoying themselves away from the rush and noise of the surrounding road network. Good for dog walkers, anyone living in the nearby apartments who wants to have the pleasure of some natural surroundings and visitors like ourselves to sit and enjoy a picnic on the grassed areas watching the world go by on hot summer days. Happy to have found this little gem of a place when following the Elmer Elephant sculpture trail in the summer of 2019 and will visit again when next at...

Wasn't expecting much (or it to be open) but pleasantly surprised with this park. Sand area, couple of hammocks, beaches all around, slide, water pumps, fountains and little streams. Great way to spend an afternoon with the kids. Sights and restaurants all around, including Four Hundred Rabbits (great pizza place) overlooking the water park. There's also a grass area for picnicking. Got here with 343, alighting at Elephant Park and easy to find in foot. Well-connected. Wasn't too busy when we went, but it wasn't boiling hot and we got there after 4pm. Security personnel around and CCTV - due to it being a public place I suppose. Didn't need the toilets but apparently some nearby. We'd go...

Had some of the best buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup, berries and peanut butter @bobosocial in Elephant & Castle. Such lovely service and great choices from their breakfast menu. Has outside seating as well, which is lovely when the suns out. Just get there earlier on weekends as gets busy. Is located just off of Elephant Park, on Sayer Street. Had to do a slow motion video with the @M&S Food music haha #fyp #foodie #goodvibes #foodblogger #brunch

Please note, this review is official info from the council. Lendlease has been working in partnership with Southwark Council to deliver a £2.3 billion regeneration project in Elephant & Castle since 2010. The area has been an important part of London since Roman times, whether as a transport junction, a hub for entertainment and shopping or a place to call home. The project will breathe new life into this special part of Central London, building on Elephant & Castle’s heritage and creating thousands of high quality new homes, jobs, business opportunities and green space for Londoners.
