I am a frequent traveler so I have stayed at many hotels and inns, and London England Hotel gave me the warmest welcome upon my arrival that I have ever received. I believe it was Mohamad who was at the front desk when I arrived. The reception area offers weary travelers and excited explorers alike, bottles of water, fruit (they had apples and oranges when I visited) as well as individually wrapped Biscoff cookies and candies. There are red and orange beverages always on tap (I cant quite place what the flavor is other than delicious) as well as ice to take back to your room. Amir was the person I saw most frequently when I was leaving and returning to the hotel and he was always quite welcoming and he always asked if there was anything I needed to make my stay more comfortable.

WiFi was included for free. The rooms are tidy and clean. Mine included a double bed (they upgraded me from a twin for free) a desk, a mini refrigerator, a small bedside table, an area to hang a few items, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, shower, toilet, and above the sink was a small shelf. One thing that stood out to me was the hand pump soap for the sink and showers instead of the usual miniature soap and shampoo, etc. (As someone who wears contacts most of the time I can’t use bar soap to wash my hands before putting in or taking out contacts as it leaves too much residue, so this is a big deal for me.) Please note that toothpaste and toothbrushes etc are available in a vending machine, but there is also a Tesco and a small co-op within a short walk. The amenities provided were perfect for my needs on my trip.

Unlike many hotels in London I considered, this one includes breakfast free of charge. There is a large seating area and an attendant who is constantly tidying, making fresh coffee and seeing to other needs of the guests. It is an ovo-lacto vegetarian breakfast, so there were three different types yogurt, dairy (and oat) milks, cheese and hard boiled eggs, but no meat. That was perfect for my dietary needs and provided a light healthy breakfast to start the day. (I didn’t cover everything in my description, but there are also pastries, apple and orange juice, muesli, soft cheese, coffee, and many other things.) I suppose what I’m trying to express is that if you would like a “traditional English breakfast” you would have to visit one of the many nearby restaurants. (Unrelated tip, Fed by Plants is within walking distance, along the Thames, and offers a vegan English breakfast.)

Probably the best feature of this hotel is how affordable it is while being so close to so many attractions! It is truly a lovely place to stay, very comfortable, and offers snacks and water as you head out, and you will want to head out. Tate modern museum is a 17 minute walk, Shakespeare’s Globe theater is an 18 minute walk, the London Eye is a 23 minute walk, and if you are like me and get easily confused by the London public transport, almost all of the sites I wanted to see were within walkable distance.

In summary, I am so happy with the hotel that I will be staying again. I received excellent customer service from every staff member. The amenities are much nicer than the other hotels I looked at which were in a similar price range. And the location is excellent. I definitely recommend...

An Exceptional Stay Where Every Detail Feels Like Home - Highly Recommended!

My recent five-night stay at this hotel was an absolute pleasure, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. This was far more than just accommodation; it was a genuinely memorable and heartwarming experience, thanks to a team that consistently goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome.

The impeccable service began even before we arrived. Manager Yan provided incredible assistance with our booking, demonstrating remarkable patience and attentiveness in ensuring every detail was perfect, which set a wonderful tone for our entire visit. Upon arrival, we were met with the same warmth by Mr. Sharan at the front desk, whose genuine smile and thoughtful welcome gift of roses and cookies made us feel instantly at home. His attentive and professional service remained a highlight throughout our stay.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the palpable passion of its owners. We were delighted to meet the gracious Mohammed, Madly as well as the wonderful lady boss. Their hands-on approach and sincere care in personally welcoming guests create a uniquely familial and caring atmosphere that is rare to find. This commitment to hospitality is reflected in every aspect of the hotel.

The property itself is a masterpiece of thoughtful design. The warm and inviting décor, accentuated by beautiful wall murals and carefully curated decorations, showcases a incredible level of creativity and care, making the environment both stylish and deeply comfortable.

Coupled with its ideal location, which offers convenient access to major attractions, the hotel offers exceptional value. The outstanding staff, the thoughtful and cozy design, the superb hospitality from the owners, and the prime location all come together to create a perfect stay.

This is more than just a place to sleep; it's a place where you are truly cared for. I will undoubtedly return on my next visit and urge anyone looking for an unforgettable, heartwarming experience to book a stay here.

Highly, highly...

We recently in today decided to get a hotel that was conveniently located in London. Today was Valentine's Day you know considering that it was a nice holiday we figured we'd get something that was close in the area. As we book the reservation received a confirmation email confirming that we would be staying there tonight after speaking with a representative be prior to getting the confirmation email we we were expressing to him at that time that we had seen a group on ad for the hotel and we were wondering if there was availability for tonight at the time he asked us if we had already purchased the Groupon through Groupon if not you wanted to take her credit card information over the phone and book it through the hotel directly at that time following that we received our email confirming our stay we then decided to call them to confirm everything with the breakfast and everything and they said that they had no recollection of our stay tonight February 14 at this time I did read through the email with the same phone number from the hotel also get the phone the email confirming that our stay was for tonight they said that they had no recollection I would not recommend this hotel to my dog this seems like some sort of fraud that they are doing because they took her credit card information over the phone and at that time they haven't charged our card but we've since then put a blockwe put a block towards the card so that they wouldn't be able to charge us be aware of this scam do not book this hotel staff is very uninformative they told me to call back tomorrow for a reservation that was supposed to be for tonight I do not recommend this hotel to the worst...

The hotel is fine. It’s clean, good location and friendly staff. There must have been something going on in the city, cause they were insanely expensive. I paid €250 for 1 night. Some hotels have a maximum they can ask for a room and this is way too much. But I had no choice. The picture says it all. So since they charge 3-4* hotel prices I will rate the room as such as well. The bed is fine, its clean. The toilet seat was broken, the street is noisy and the curtains do not blind out at all the light from the spotlight outside. Bring a sleeping mask and ear plugs. Price / quality was just not in order. If they would have been 100-150€ less expensive it would have been a fine experience. But for this price they should offer a better experience. So just know, it’s fine, but basic. I stayed in room 110. I told the staff the toilet seat is broken. It was quite painful to sit on it as it pinches the skin. If you stay there after the 15th of June 2023 you know they have t fixed it ;).

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many of London’s major tourist attractions, and the area feels quite safe. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and complimentary refreshments are available both in the room and at reception. During our stay, a ceiling fan was especially helpful in coping with the heatwave, though it’s worth noting that the hotel does not have air conditioning in the room (AC may be on in the main hall during the day). There are two elevators available. That said, the room is relatively small and situated next to a main road and a residential building, so nighttime noise can be noticeable. Overall, this hotel is a great base for exploring London, especially if location and friendly service are your priorities.
