I’m not sure what it is about London Bridge at the moment, but one incredible restaurant after another keeps opening.
Tom Simmons is absolutely amazing. It’s without doubt now one of my favourite restaurants in London with Michelin star quality food to match. The presentation of the food is stunning and everything is cooked to perfection. The flavours work beautifully together, there’s nothing unnecessary on the plate. Between us we also had the parfait, the hake and the panacotta. Everything was excellent. The service could not have been better. We will definitely return and will be recommending it to all...
