We came to London for 5 days staying in Tower Hill Rd and I had researched this place as it was close, seemed to have a reasonable menu and reasonable prices as far as London goes. My daughter is a coeliac (no gluten) so she could have the jacket potatoes option. I wanted the bangers and mash but unbelievably this was not available!!! And I was offered bangers chips and baked beans (that I don’t like) and my wife had the fish and chips. We asked for the “meal deal” at the bar and also a Prosecco that I later found an * on the menu that it wasn’t included in deals. Anyway the barman ran up the bill that didn’t match any of the menu prices and we even paid the meal deal for my wife although she didn’t get a drink ( only the seperate 5.50 Prosecco) Anyway while ordering and paying the barman suddenly decided he was rotating to a different role and just left me there.. Not long after the meals arrived and I could see why the service was quick. If you like overpriced food that has probably been sitting out back in a Bain maree with sausage like rubber and lukewarm chips and fish that has been suffocated in batter, this is the place for you. Overcharged, poor quality expensive fast food and poor service, this is the place to go. They missed out on 4 more nights of my custom. Sorry guys below average and yes someone had a dog inside in prime position.
