Top Hat Pizza — Restaurant in London

Very dissapointed as I ordered online expected time was 45 minutes. Waited over an hour then called the shop direct, they apologised at the delay and said they were behind 25 minutes on all orders, I told them in that case they should have called up the customer and informed them. Anyway I gave them the benefit of doubt and asked them how long will it take and they told me another 25 minutes as it was getting late my kids were hungry I thought if i order somewhere else I'd still be waiting 40 minutes, so told them to try and drop it as soon as they can. After 45 minutes of waiting called again and I was told another 10 minutes, in other words this meal would have arrived approximately in 2 hours. So I cancelled and cooked at home instead. I could have slaughtered a chicken and cooked in that time. I was very furious, I only live across the road from them, wasn't feeling well so ordered online, kids had school following day needed to go bed early. I will never order again, I expected the manager to call to give an apology. Which...

Good pizza, rubbish customer service, I ordered for collection (BOGOF). When I got there and told the guy behind the counter I was there to collect my two thin crust pizzas, he looked baffled. He checked the two pizzas which were waiting for collection - one was thin crust and the other was deep pan. I said to him I told you a the start of the phone call I wanted both of them thin crust and he said he remembers. Anyway as I was hungry I said I'll take them but not willing to pay the full £15. Any reasonable establishment would have understood my demand or would have offered to put it right another way. He simply said it's £15 and that's what I would have to pay. I didn't want to stand there and argue o I jut left without the pizza and ordered Chinese instead. Normally they have got my orders correct and I cannot complain about the pizza quality/taste but this basic lack of customer service will stick in my mind and I don't think I'll go here again simply...

Absolutely ridiculous! Rude customer service! Ive been a customer for 2 years ordering the same order each time.

I just received...a 7inch that cost £3.99 and was told that it was my fault.

How is it my fault when all my previous orders were through hungry house! It is your fault for changing the menu! Today I ordered from just eat...2 completely different order lists!

So instead of explaining this to me i was rudely spoken to and phone put down! The young boy does not know how to run a business! Customer service is key!

Follow the sunnah correctly! Disgusting customer service. Go to jummah tomorrow and ask allah to forgive you for speaking to a woman like that!

Call just eat and now getting the pizza i wanted, not sure if I trust it now as u never know if people spit in ur food after a discrepancy.
