SPICE HUT — Restaurant in London

As a long time loyal Spice Hut customer I was really excited when they opened up this branch. I no longer had to travel to Stepney or Burdett Road as this was on my doorstep. I have been to this branch on 5 separate occasions and on each occasion I was disappointed. On the last occasion I decided to black list it. The customer service is poor, the person at the till was very slow and when my order arrived he asked me what sauces I wanted. I said all of them. To which he responded, rudely might I add, "what you mean all of them?". Their special offers are silly for example 4 pieces of chicken, 10 wings and one portion of regular chips! They also regularly make mistakes with the orders, they forgot my chips with my donor kebab, which I paid extra for. They forget to add wings to the meals.

Most of this I would forgive but on the last occasion I placed a large order to take for my nephews and nieces. The batter was undercooked and just slid off the chicken. im not sure whats happening within this restaurant, but it needs to be addressed. every donner meal ordered from this specific spice hut seems to be bland and stale. the chips are always either too done or undercooked. the chicken donner is completely bland it tastes asif its old and they didnt want to throw it away so they did their best to add some flavour to it however how it still remains bland is beyond my guess. the lamb donner tastes awful but you get a hint of this flavour whilst the chicken donner is bland. even the chicken/wings taste like they lack most of the flavour from the other spicehuts. just take a look yourself by ordering from the other spice huts and then circle back to this one. You will find that this one is the problem. ive ordered from here numerous times over the past year and i am fed up of the lack of quality control that seems to be put in place here. The difference in cost to deliver from the other spice huts is only a few pounds but its worth the money. This place should either start making an effort or just shut their doors.

This store has been open for months now and finally decided to try it. Very disappointing. Fries were over cooked and I mean really over cooked, that it was inedible (had to throw it away). The size of the wings were below average, I understand 1 or 2 wings being small but getting 2 separate meals and all the wings very small with barley any meat come on, plus small wings with hair on? (you don't have enough meat on it and yet you can't even clean a small wing properly?) The price is defiantly not worth the food you get, as all other stores on the street have a lower price with better quality in food and customer service.

Also when I was coming home from work I saw boxes of fries being delivered to the store this was just after 12pm. I went and got the food just after 7pm and the same boxes were stacked up against the wall behind the counter. So over 6 hours they were outside.

(NOTE: I'm a manager in food retail and when I see food out of the fridge for more than 30 minutes I start taking actions against the employees responsible as it violates the Food Health and Safety policy, clearly they don't have...
