Tops Pizza Rayners Lane — Restaurant in London

The worst customer service ever! Ordered a pizza online to come for a later time. Time was ignored, and one pizza was incorrect. Driver told me he would take the pizza back, but not redeliver, and would get me "blocked". Called the store to complain, was told to wait whilst they spoke to their manager. Waited 15 mins then called back to get an update. Told I could get the incorrect pizza replaced, but not the other. Both pizzas had been sat here for 20 mins by this point. Explained that would mean some of the people eating would be eating a cold pizza, and the others would have to wait for the new pizza to come. Told me that they would call their manager again. Waited another 10 mins, (30mins by this point). Spent 15 mins on phone refusing their offer, and then told they are not going to even replace the incorrect pizza any longer. Explained their system is at fault if it didn't give them the time I wanted the pizza, denied all possibility that I entered the time correctly, and then denied that they were at fault, if it's a fault with the website then I need to contact head office who are closed until the Monday morning.

All in all, will never be ordering again from this horrendous outfit. Shame because the pizza is nice and other branches can...

I have just got off the phone with Nasrin at this establishment. She is absolutely awful and has no manners whatsoever. Vewry rude customer service and patronising. I have been a regular customer of this pizza place for the last 14 years and to speak in the way she did was disgusting. I will never order from here again and will write a very strongly worded complain to head office to ensure that their standards are in place! When asked to speak to the manager Ahmed she said NO and said that he was busy when I could hear him in the background talking to her. Your attitude has been abismal and you will not succeed in you busines s if you treat customers like this. I have never come accross Nasrin before and trust that she is new. I suggest that she go on an intense training course in customer management before she is allowed to deal...

The pizza is good, we have been regular customers for a long while now and always order the same, my partner has allergies and is Vegan so we have to alter the ingredients. Today was told.we can't order this as it's not company policy. Why was this not told to us when we first ordered ages ago? When asked to speak to manager he was too busy and was told he never speaks to anyone but could hear him in the background getting agitated and loud but not getting on the phone. I then asked for head office info.and he would not give me.the number. He then got on the phone told me to go to the website and hung up on me. As much as like thw pizza I will not be ordering from there again The manager Majid Hafi is rude and has no idea about customer service. I will.also be calling head...
