TR Spice — Restaurant in London

Grabbed a takeout as a lunch treat after hearing good things about the food. The branch is located in a nice easy to get to place from Crofton Park station. Also there are parking bays outside with free parking. The restaurant was clean with plenty of dining space. Staff member behind the till was a young female and the kitchen was managed by one guy. When inside I asked "Wassup wid yo Justeat machine, man ordered food but got na confirmation" the staff stated it was working before asking the guy in the kitchen who said "it's disconnected!" I ordered the two main and Two side combo for £13.99, paid £1 extra for the Sweet Potato Chips. Came to squaring the monies and the staff stated that they did not take plastic! Got the monies from the cash machine located conveniently across the road, and got back to pay, got my change from £20 but I was short-changed for a 1p as they didn't have any pennies in the till. I ignored the negative reviews due to positive reviews on uber eats - at first glance the food looked really good, upon eating the jollof I felt it tasted spoilt but it smelt and looked fine. I kept eating and realised there was definitely something wrong with it and stopped. I’m currently on the toilet with diarrhoea, my head is pounding and I’m praying I have medication once I get off this toilet. I ignored the hair in my food review as they claimed it is not their food and they “don’t even use those containers”, after ordering I can confirm it is 100% their food, mine came in the exact same containers and the food looked the same.

Never ever ever buy food and this terrible establishment. Can you imagine the shock that I expirenced opening my uber eats order to find hair at the bottom of macaroni and cheese. The mac n cheese was even lacking cheese anyways. Then if I move onto the false advertisement, I was shown shredded jerk chicken and I came to a burger eith a chicken thigh and no other effort put into it. It looked NOTHING like the picture. Then I moved onto opening my box of wings and was met by complete disappointment when I saw DRY wings even though I was advertised BBQ wings lathered in sauce. I then went to eat a wing and I was battling myself to even chew it. I couldn’t even bring myself to finish ONE wing. Ontop of that the fries were just poor. Do better and never ever order food...
