Turkuaz Brasserie — Restaurant in London

I have been there twice but other family members are regular customers and they recommend the place and I love it! Staff are friendly, food is DELICIOUS &FRESH & it’s reasonably priced. It's very hard to find all these things in one place! even the complementary bread is freshly baked! We tried lamb kofte, cold & hot Meza, lamb burger, tea & Turkish coffee (sometime we have the complementary dessert which is also fresh, tasty and stuffed with pistachio). Thank you Turquoise for the great service and I wish you all best.

Updates: Family came to visit and we had dinner in the restaurant. We ordered so many things (10 people). Literally, there wasn’t a single thing that tasted bad. Service was very good and staff were friendly. Everything we had was good but this time we discovered that cold/hot meza, fried calamari, spaghetti and lamb chops were also excellent 👏🏼👏🏼

We had cold meza platter, lamb shish and ribs, both dishes were tender and fresh, the platter was excellent comes with different selections of Turkish salads and dips, I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for everything. The shish though was the true star, and one of the most delicious I ever had, I would highly recommend it. The first time I went to this restaurant was a year ago I had a great experience . I decided to go back again . The second time overall experience was poor and appalling service. We ordered drinks , it took more than 25 minutes to tell us that the drink we ordered wasn’t there. Then it took another 30 minutes to serve us the drink. Then we ordered starters straightaway thinking that food will take time. We ordered food and no engagement with staff to check if we are ok . I find there is one female staff very cold and rude attitude which has disappointed us. There is a male staff who was somewhat pleasant who served us food . The food was good. The service is poor , very slow , it took half an hour to bring a glass to drink water and had a bad experience. One of the drink that was ordered wasn’t the one we received. At the end we give up to change the drink, we just had same drink they brought to my friend.

The staff was unprofessional and when we came out both female staff were shouting and arguing just outside restaurant. Although the food was good I wouldn’t recommend , I wouldn’t to go back...

I recently visited the Turquoise Kitchen in Highgate and it was a truly wonderful experience. The restaurant boasts a brilliant Turkish and Mediterranean menu that is sure to please any foodie. The food was absolutely delicious and undoubtedly the best I have tried in the area. I have been living in the area for a few years now, and I was thrilled to discover such a gem of a restaurant.
