Ubah — Restaurant in London

The food is good I have been there several times but the customer service is not great. They tried to scam me few times: one time asking me to pay for sauce when I bought 4 lambs menu, asking me for different price each time thinking that I probably don’t know the prices. Last time I went I bought 3 lambs, they served me very small cuts with mainly a bone. They packed everything in the back and not in front of me - I heard them said that they should add some beef because the cut were too small. I got home and discovered that they gave very tiny cuts with mainly bones ( see picture attached). I am really dispappointed to be treated that way...

Ordered food from here for a family party, the food came hot, packaged perfectly with all the dressings and blessings,

Family enjoyed every morsel of lamb, chicken and fish all seasoned to perfection and moutwateringly juicy with the delicious rice.

Happily gained a couple of pounds myself!

Management were fantastic to deal with and know how to run a good business and price was absolutely reasonable and with the high quality you are definitey getting a bargain.

You will not regret this, I honestly believe its better than those hyped on tiktok and if you start your somali food journey with Ubah, you are starting...

Mashallah the food was amazing. This was my first time trying Somalian food. I had barees, xilib with moss ( rice with meat with banana). The texture of the rice was amazing and the combined tasted with the meat and banana was exquisite. I highly recommend this to everyone. I also had grilled fish which was so amazing that I had to finish it to the bone, I wanted more afterwards 🤤. They also have a separate area for women so it caters to everyone’s needs. The hospitality I received was amazing especially not being a Somalian myself. 10/10 you need to try it...
