Very disappointed with the customer service I received by an employee here today. Having 4 years experience working in customer service, I know what good service is and this definitely was not that.

After ordering, I received chicken that did not taste fresh and honestly I couldn’t eat. When I politely asked if they could change the meat to something else I was very surprised by the reaction from one particular employee (the one cooking).

The lady rudely responded by stating that there is nothing wrong with “her food” and that her cooking was not the problem. Instead of being understanding she refused to replace the food item with something else and even worse caused a scene in front of many other customers in the cafe.

I want to make it clear that not all the employees reacted in this way and others were very polite. However this particular employee who was working in the kitchen clearly does not know what good customer service is, and more importantly put her pride before customers and this was very disappointing to see.

I hope that she considers a change in her attitude not necessarily for herself but for the sake of the business. If I’m being perfectly honest I’d rather give money and support a business who’s employees treat their customers...

Oh wow what a gem of a place! Came to do some shopping and because alterations can be done within an hour on some of the garments we thought we would have something to eat… The front of the cafe makes you feel it’s small and there be no place to sit but as go down further they have some great seating! I had a potato Gozleme ,hubby and daughter had burgers and the munching noises were annoying but I know they were loving their food! Didn’t even give me a chance to take a picture! It’s a must for every Arsenal fan to come to this place my husband loved the banter but honestly if you here shopping it’s well worth...
