Urban Bites — Restaurant in London

Absolutely appalled at the service from Urban Bites. My partner and I ordered lunch from here for the first time as the reviews and menu looked great. We ordered 2 mediterranean sausage and egg baguettes and the beef breakfast burger. We did not receive the baguettes - just a normal sandwich despite selecting this on UberEats and paying extra for it. The beef burger was non existent. We received 2 fried eggs, a pork sausage (which I’m allergic to) and 2 hash browns in a box - no burger or English muffin to be seen. This is not what we ordered. If the restaurant was unable to make what we had ordered or provide the baguettes, I would have expected to be contacted or the option itself to be removed on the menu. To just put random breakfast items in a box (one of which I’m allergic to - so all of it ended up in the bin!) and send that is ridiculous and appalling. I will not be ordering from Urban Bites again - for a £35 order this is...

I personally wasn't that excited about food here.. I think it could be improved. I'd rather wait longer for it to be done nicely than get it almost immediately and feel like it's not done properly.. ( we ate it anyways as we don't like waisting food BTW). beans seemed cold.. like they been kept in microwave for 2 sec.. small details like caramel iced coffee.. for the price I expected it to come nicely with cream and caramel on the top but what I got seemed like regular supermarket ice coffee poured over the ice in plastic cup.. that's it. also requested for well done /crispy bacon that was not done after request. however I'm giving 4 stars because the man who served us was very nice and welcoming.. and the music they play is nice. like the whole atmosphere is amazing there for me is just that i couldn't taste effort and love in my breakfast. it seemed very rushed and not done up...

Absolutely incredible food and lovely staff.

Quick service and great prices, but what really made our meal special was how wonderful the staff were. They offered us free water because we were working on a hot day, and they even walked an elderly couple that came in to their table! Every single member of staff was so kind and sweet- a welcome change to a lot of restaurants.

The food, too, was incredible. I had the burger and my friends had the fried chicken and waffle, and the chicken burger. Every dish was delicious, freshly made, and heartily portioned.

Overall, this was undoubtedly a 5-star experience BOTH times I've been, and I'll definitely be...
